  1. Package Upgrade killed my EISY

    Strangely, I have the exact same experience. I bought an EISY more than a year ago. It's been online, but I never migrated to it. I decided to do the migration today, and did "upgrade packages". The device went offline, and never came back. Here are my troubleshooting details. localip:3000 takes me to polyglot 3x Have screenshot. Can login with username/pword on polyglot. frontend version 3.4.18 status: connected iox version 6.0.5 (connected) IOX launcher doesn't see the device any more - it did see it prior to the package updates. http://10.0.0.94:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt doesn't respond I can ping 10.0.0.94. eisy.local doesn't respond UD mobile says its offline portal says its offline
