The synchronization option is not available. I am convinced the lack of agreement in emails is the problem. How can I address that safely?

I have the UDMobile app up and running from my former ISY994i but created programs are not displaying in the app. After hours and hours of searching I have disovered that the app is set up with my old email address. I have researched how to change that old address to the one I currently use but... I am 81 years old and I want to be certain I am taking the proper steps. Would someone be so kind as to share with me step=wise what I need to do ad where I need to do it? One would think I would simply replace the old email address with the new but that does not appear to be the case. I am am iPhone user. Thanks.

I will be going on vacation for a week beginning this Friday. I will place the order as soon as I return. I have all Insteon devices, a maximum of 50. Which EISY will best meet my needs?

Thank, Javi. I want to upgrade my system, but I am going to need hands on help for which I will pay. Can UDI remote in and do that? I have an older backup of my ISY that should suffice.

I have used thr ISY for decades and been a member of this board for a long time. I need help. I am 81 years of age and my mental faculties are in decline. This morning when I awoke none of my spokens or programs worked. I rebooted all hubs, reset switches and powered the ISY994i I off and on. It was then I noticed the ISY had a blinking error light. I am aware I need to upgrade my technology. If so, I am going to need hands on technical assistance from UDI to get this done. I am aware I will need to pay for the equipment and technical assistance. If this is possible how can I proceed? Please help.
