Hello, I am trying to add another Aeotec Recessed Door Sensor, and it removes fine from the mobile app, but when I add I get this message. Factory reset it, and still getting this message. Requests the client to ask the user to specify the set of keys to grant the device. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong, as I wasn't able to find an answer with Google. Thanks

You are correct on IOS you use Hex code, Android it is the name.

I am an android guy, but trying to set up US Mobile on my wife’s IPAD. I have mapped values to change the color of the favorites to change color based on a condition. I have it working on my Android, but sure I am missing a setting in the IOS. Thanks for the feedback.

Hi Javi, I came across a closed post from November 2022 regarding transferring an Android backup to an iOS device. The post suggested that this was not possible. I was wondering if you have any updates on whether this is now possible? Thanks.

Hello, I thought I would piggyback on this recommendation thread, looking to use a Motion Sensor that will keep the light on in a closet until movement is no longer detected. I would also like a MS to use in the garage that if no movement is detected it would send the off command. Is this available or doable?

Hi Jim, I am sending it via UD Mobile. I have it set to send notification if mailbox is open that has a zwave device on it. I can send test notice from the notification section in UD Mobile. I read the notices, but maybe I am confused.

I just moved over to Eisy from my ISY. I hadn't used notifications in ISY for a couple years, but would like to get them going. Downloaded the Notifications in Polygot3 and can't seem to get set up correctly to get notifications when sensors are triggered. The following is the error I am getting, any thoughts on what I am doing wrong? Thank you. I moved to an eisy and installed a couple Zooz 800 Series Z-Wave switches, but for the life of me can't get them to exclude or include with the eisy. I have alot of aeotec repeaters, schlage locks and other z wave devices, so don't think range is an issue. Stupid question, but is the 800 Series compatible with eisy z mater at this time? Thanks.
