  1. This is VERY disappointing. Second time in a week the ISY portal login system has gone down for an extended period of time, the last time was New Year's Eve for about 6 hours or so until you corrected the issue on your end. This is not supposed to be amateur hour here, people DEPEND on your service being available 99.9999% of the time. You need to IMMEDIATELY develop an automated system to notify your administrators THE SECOND this happens and enable them to fix it within MINUTES, 24x7. We rely on you to keep our homes and businesses functioning 24x7, please provide the appropriate level of service for your users. I would actually PREFER not having to rely on your servers at all to login to my local EISY device while at home on my handheld or my Alexa. If you prefer to implement a solution that directly logs in just using my local network that would get my vote. The current reliability issues prove why that would be a superior implementation for the local apps and Alexa integration.
  2. Cured the issue for me as well, thanx.

    IR with eisy

I control about 100 devices with my IR remote via the ISY994. In order to switch to the eisy I would need the same functionality.
  4. MrBill thank you for that. I asked for a way to do this in a program several years ago. I just created programs to dim all of my LEDs after dark and then raise them back to 100% after sunrise each day.
  5. Thank you VERY much Jack!
  6. Can you please provide your actual code for those programs?
  7. Thank you for checking my work. Is there a detailed online programming manual anywhere?
  8. I searched and searched and finally gave up looking for the proper programming format for a program to send an email when a low battery notification is received from a motion sensor. I've attached what I'm trying, is it correct? Is there an detailed online programming reference manual? Thanx for the help.
  9. So has anyone figured out an actual method to setting the LED brightness on the Insteon switch itself or not? I found the method for setting this at the actual switch. You hold the set button three times until it beeps, then use the paddle to set the LED brightness, then tap the set button twice. I would rather be able to set a specific digital level for the LED brightness for the bedroom switches to the minimum. Whenever I select LED Brightness in the switch property is always shows as 0, even for the switches that I have manually reduced the LEDs using the set button. Any specific, definitive information about how to do this using the ISY99 web interface would be appreciated.
