Nope, still the same. I just don't think this is working. Lee thanks for all your help, but I think I need to start from scratch. Reset everthing to factory defaults and start again. This is so frustrating. It should not be this hard.

I go through the steps outlined. When I get to the point where I select the file I downloaded, the window closes and nothing happens. Still have 2.7.15 What's up?

I did what you said and when I update the device, it changes to "writing" but when it's done, it goes back to the green "pending changes" icon. What else should I try?

I have a small system with 5 Key Pad lincs (8 keys), 4 dimmers, 4 lamp lincs, and 2 on/off switches. Only 2 of the KPLs have normal icons, 3 of them and all of the buttons show the green "pending change" icon. This is the same with half of the dimmers, lamp lincs and on/off switches. No matter how many times I query a device, or try re linking the device, the icons change from "writing" back to "pending chnage " icon. Do I need to do factory resets on these devices? How does one remove a device from the UDAC and then re add it through linking a new device? Thanks.

So, I have a 220V switch for my water heater in the basement and I've noticed that sometimes the UDAC cannot communicate with it. I'm thinking that all my 8' flourescent lights in the basement are causing interference. Yes? No? Any suggestions?

I thought I read somewhere that you can use a keypadlinc and a dimmer in a 3 way switch situation. I tried doing that and I'm about half way there. I may just need some help. I also am using a ISY 99 to program buttons on the KPL. I wired everthing up using the dimmer as the secondary and the KPL as the primary. The Master on/off on the KPL does turn on and off the light. The secondary is powered and is seen in the ISY program but the switch alone does nothing. Using the ISY, how can I program this to turn on and off the load on the KPL? Perhaps this is in the manual. I'll go take a look. Thanks for any direction and hints.
