Wondering myself as I still don't see a way to connect a matter device

I had an issue where my Eisy device would not respond. I shipped it back and it was reprogrammed, is now back online. Unfortunate all installed devices were lost so I'm starting from square one again. I've installed several nodes however many show installed and connected (without any devices displaying). Hue is one of these and I'm at a loss how to get this corrected. Any suggestions as the help pages do not cover details of setting these things up. Thank you.

In my eisy package there is a strip of adhesive perhaps? What is this and what is it used for? Thanks

The pads I bought are Mini-Remotes 2342-2 and seem to be for controlling scenes. States they can be used to control individual items but the directions are poor at best. As a reult I've never got them to work.

I'm just wondering what app people are using to access all of the added features from Polisy. I had been using Mobilinc Pro but that will not access all the new devices. Is there a new app on the way? Any suggestions are appreciated! Thank you!

Mobilic X cannot connect to ISY stating that it is not connected to Mobilinc which it is and is running fine. I don;t want to screw up what was done with Polisy so I'm wondering if I should leave well enough alone!

I have a Davis weather system that updated to the web and would like access to that. It plugs into my PC with a USB plug. Are you aware of any information as to how to configure this in Polisy?

I don't see Weather Link as an option to add in the node listing. Is it under another name?

I received an email today stating that "Your Universal Devices pre-order from December 15, 2019 is now available" However there is no information when it is being shipped. I was expecting that the shipment would be today 12/17. Please advise, Order # 43386
