I don't believe it works for anyone. It would be nice if UD would give us an update on Matter and when we might expect it to start working.

Did they fix the ability to add a matter bulb/device using Apple IOS? Last I saw, only the people using the Android version had any success. Would be nice for UD to give us an update on matter functionality.

The 6 buttons switch Insteon sells currently is rated at 20A, 1800W incandescent. Not sure what the equates to for Leds but seems like it should handle the load. Check out their website. Infact the switch you already have may have the same rating.

Even though I am already on firmware 5.9.1, I get the same notification. it appears both in UD Mobile and the Administrative console. Just an FYI.

Well, it turns out that my brand-new cable was defective. Replaced the cable and now it is working. Thanks for the help all.

I purchased a new Eisy several months ago and I am just getting around to setting it up. I followed the instructions, but it does not connect to my router either wired or wireless, so no IP address. No activity on the ethernet port lights when cable plugged in. Does not appear on the bluetooth list when trying to connect wireless. The power button either shows a red light (I assume this means turned off) or blue light (I assume turned on). There appears to be no other activity on the Eisy. Is there supposed to be some activity with the power light or something to tell if it is actually alive. Tried a factory reset and reboot but no sign of life. Was going to try to see if the actual manufacturer had a manual but I don't know who make it. Any help greatly appreciated.
