    I was attempting to change my email address on my main account in the ISY Portal. Now I cannot login to that account. When attempting to login, I receive an error message that the "User does not exist". If it's helpful in repairing the situation, I am still able to login to my two subaccounts... Any ideas?

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
