Good afternoon A question for the Braintrust. I was able to connect Eisy (matter plugin) directly to my Apple home hub (apple TV). It works and I can see the switches. I cannot however see the Scenes that I created. Any suggestions on how to accomplish that? Thank you

Hi Folks, Im looking for suggestions (or to hear if it possible). I purchased the Jimbos notification server, and pushover and callmebot. Im trying to set up a situation related to my water sensors. 1) I have several insteon water sensors, and if they trigger, I get a notice saying which one. What I would like to add to that notfication is a link that would trigger the main water valve to close in the house (Its a Zooz Titan Water Valve). The theory being that I want to have control over whether that valve is closed or not. Is there any way to accomplish this either on pushover (preferred) or callmebot? Thank you Alex

Bought the Zooz 800 Zwave stick and plugged in - restarted with the setting on Auto. Nothing. In the wiki it says they are migrating to ISY only Zmatter USB - but its out of stock Really frustrating. If Ihave to use the ISY one (ok with me) - then at least have it available

Looking at the UDI store I dont see that their dongle is in stock. Im going to get the Zooz 800 series USB and see how it goes

Dumb question but Im an insteon user. Have an eisy running 6.0.4 but am not seeing how to add Z-wave (its set to auto on the config screen) Reason is that I just bought the Zooz Titan valve actuator to turn the water supply on and off and need to figure out how to connect to it. I am a TOTAL Z-wave newbie and dont recall anymore if the EISY came with Z-wave. Thanks and be patient with a Zwave newbie

So I had a tech support session and Michel did some console updates. Now things appear to be working, and interestingly I can only access PG3 through chrome (safari cannot find it). Oh well were back up.

Quick question - I have a PG3 that I cannot log into. Asks for credentials and nothing when I hit return. Wont autofind IOX or manually..... Is this something similar?

Ok - now when I do an individual restore on that switch, the program runs........ Ugh - I did a RESTORE DEVICES three times, you would think this is not something that needs to be done each reboot. Still wondering whats going on as the old 994 was rock solid. So far Id rate this a 2/10 for experience. Should not be that hard.

Did that. Still nothing. I am trying to turn on a bathroom light, which in turn triggers a program to turn on the bathroom fan for 5 minutes. Worked perfectly on the 994 and now it wont even register the light as on. If I turn it on from the console (not the light switch) - the program runs. Checked the switches and they have been updated to point to the new PLM

I will say though, that at least the New PLM (usb) now has a complete links table, so at the very least the PLM now sees all the devices. IOX does not register state changes (so when I turn a switch on, it does not show on on the Java App Console, but when I query it it will give a correct state)

Update - spoke to tech support. Did a restore and it worked for about an hour (programs). Then tried (unsuccessfully) to log into Polyglot 3 and IOX is no longer working. So frustrating. Three full days doing this and it works for a bit, then dies. Full restore, works for a bit, then dies.

Running 5.6.2 of IOX, I did clear the cache and download the new IOX finder. (it actually wont let you start IOX otherwise). The more I think about it - the more im focusing on why the devices dont have the new PLM address. Am going to rerun (again) the restore devices procedure (pain in the butt as I have to get a ladder and go get all the motion sensors down)
