  1. isyrocks!, I had the same issue with Mobilinc, but you can reverse the icon: Go to the garage sensor device in Mobilinc, hit the arrow on the right to view options, hit Advanced Options, hit the right arrow by the Selected Icon, change from Garage Door to Garage Door Reverse. I hope that fixes it. I just upgraded from ISY 99i to 994i today, and my relay now shows as backward on my garage doors, but the sensor looks fine. Everything else seems to be normal. Any ideas? I wonder if the doors needed to be open when I restored the ISY. I'll likely open the doors, remove the relays from the scenes and re-add them. Does this sound right to you folks? Thanks, Alan
  2. Hi Teken / Michel, I had the same issue with one of my garage doors opening when I hit "all off", but the other one stayed down. I suspect this is because I had the door in the wrong position when I first linked to the keypad. Since I installed my KP and garage IOlincs before I had my ISY, I did my linking manually before mounting in the garage. About a week ago, most of my scenes got corrupted, and I had to remove all devices from scenes and add them to each scene again. I added the devs to the garage door scenes with the doors closed. Everything works perfectly with "all off" now. Teken, please try removing all devices from the "garage door" scene, and add them back into ISY with the door closed. See if that fixes it for you. Alan
  3. More info about my lost variables... Thanks LeeG. My firmware shows 3.1.16, but UI shows 3.1.14. I'll get that updated too. I think the lost variables are my fault. Since the SD card move seemed to work fine, I may have missed a required step. I just realized that the backup file created before my upgrade to 3.1.16 said 2.8.16 instead of 3.1.14. All features that only work on the betas seemed to be good, such as remotelinc2 functionality, but something still thought the new ISY was on 2.8.16. Thanks, Alan
  4. Variables lost feedback... I've been running 3.1.14, and use two variables in a variety of programs. After moving the SD card from one ISY to a replacement a few days ago, everything appeared to work fine. Today I had a program get skipped because the variables were missing. When I went to the Programs tab, the sub-tab for Variables was missing, leaving only Summary and Details. I tried restoring from the backup from the old ISY, but that didn't fix the variables. I upgraded to 3.1.16, and everything is fine. Not only do variables work, but the old variables and programs look just like they did on the old ISY. I don't need help with anything, but wanted to let you folks know about the oddity. I'm guessing something about variables doesn't make it into the normal backup procedure, or something like that. Great work on these products in general. I love my ISY! Alan
