  3. Hi - trying this node server, after installation - I enter in credentials, but the Node server does not start. When I try to open the log for the NS, i get the following: Any ideas?   4. Finally unboxed Zooz ZEN34 scene switch, but not what I expected. Question #1- Finally was able to get 5 nodes to show up: Wall Controller, Scene Button 1, 2, Wake-up and basic control. However, I cannot get the device to accept "writes" for params. The green battery icon does not go away in the console -- nor can I get any parameters to update / write to the device after inclusion. The manual states 7 clicks to keep awake, but as others have mentioned, it does not seem to accept multiple commands, etc. Need to set param 4 to solve this, but cannot get the writes - lol. Anyone else able to solve the problems with this device ? thanks, Steve
  5. @Geddy - thank you for the additional info - nothing in UDI mobile which I use. I am on Polisy, and today I left the admin console alone - didnt change tabs or anything. I have cleared settings in it before- not aware of anything that would impact though. On UDI mobile, I get the lost connection / re-connected to portal, so notification are working. Steve
  6. @Techman - I have done 5-6 updates over months, have never seen a pop-up at the end! I am using the MacOS Java console if that matters. Most recently, the console remains running after the upgrade "completes" - aka the traffic in that log stops. Still seems off to me. Steve
  7. Upgraded successfully to 5.7.1_7 and confirmed by checking the sysconfig.txt on Polisy. In the admin console when performing updates, I never receive any messages after complete. I have read there is a pop-up or something, or am I mistaken? I feel like I should reboot to fully complete the process? I monitor the process via /var/udx/logs/log (to make me feel better I guess)!!   8. Same issue where all programs were disabled - a big deal for me actually as i have 100s. I am searching for a script to re-enable in the forums, if someone has, please highlight here.. thanks, Steve
  9. Is there a way to see on the file system if the upgrade is pending? I was reading one of the threads, and accidentally clicked on the link - but still need PG2 node servers. I believe safari stopped me with an HTTPS warning - but just wanted to be sure before my PG2 is nuked! Thanks, Steve

    I also have a Zen32, and am not sure if I am missing nodes, or I don't understand how you were able to work-around figuring out the states of buttons 1-4. I can see the buttons under the scene buttons, but i cannot tell anything else or control them , or use in programs. Only Query, which does not seem to indicate the proper status. thanks, Steve
  12. I am having different issues w/this device - I just installed a ZEN32, and do not see any of the options you have to control. Did you do something special to include it? I just updated to 5.5.6 Polisy (and am using the ZMatter board), but only see Button 1-5, and Basic Assoc 2,4,6,8,10. None of the buttons have any controllable options except query. I did the smart inclusion, (with the QR code), but also tried re-interview - additional nodes did not show. Any ideas, or tricks? thanks, Steve
  13. @DennisC- if you are still stuck, I would suggest opening a ticket. I had a similar problem as you, was receiving this error message in the logs: pkg pg3 must be upgraded to 3.1.17_1 , and it did not load. There is mechanism to force the upgrade if you are comfortable with ssh into polisy or eisy, but my directions may be a little old. Not sure if the 6 button press above would also achieve the same.   15. So looks like this was resolved for me in v5.5.5. I reduced the communication speed to 50, and there is now an association node which can be used for the tilt sensor. I guess it is old, and comms were too quick as Chris J had stated on a related support ticket. Steve
