  1. FYI, they are arriving...I have a couple dots up and running now. Straight forward in setting up as the "old" echo. Pending a SW update right now, then I'll move them to their final homes. I'm just waiting for them to start arguing some day....
  2. ON the 2441ZTH issue...no temp display. I did try another factory reset and deleted/readded the unit. I also have a third new unit which I tried. All three exhibit the same behavior...no temp display (in ISY, temp at the unit itself is fine). Humidity and all else seem fine (in ISY and can be queried/updated). All units seem to get added fine and everything I've tried shows the same behavior...so it's repeatable and consistent. Either there's a big problem with a batch of the latest units, or there is something really odd about my setup (tho why just temp would be impacted...), or the latest firmware causes issues with the ISY...or... Not sure what else to try. Does anyone else have Rev 1.2 , FW 0D units that work in ISY for them? Let me know if you need more info or want me to try something else.
  3. Neither unit shows any temp in the ISY UI...haven't seen any data appear at any time for temp, humidity does get updated. I can change setpoint info at the unit(s) and this gets updated. Queries seem to work fine, data gets updated except the temp. Both units are the same version/FW. Thx.
  4. I have a couple new 2441ZTH units (arrived two days ago) ...rev 1.2, FW 0D and am having problems getting them setup. Specifically no temperature readings shown in ISY for either unit. Humidity seems fine. I've tried factory reset/reinstalling the device(s), clearing the cache, etc. No luck One unit is running off of battery, the other off of an adapter. I'm running 3.3.5 on a ISY994i (checked UI and FW, setup is OK). Any ideas? Am I missing something here? Again, I've trying resetting/reinstalling and always get same results. Thx.
  5. I put in a vote for temp monitoring. This would be useful for me as well. Temp monitoring of various rooms has been on my wish list for some time.
  6. Thx! I'll await the next drop... Thx to the others that helped as well.
  7. Yes ...I most certainly am.
  8. Telnet is not working with the new card(s) When I install the new card and try and telnet I get the "Connecting to [address]... Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: connect failed. The original card works fine (telnet and all else seem ok)...just swapping the card results in behavior I've described. The ISY IP address is setup to be reserved based on the ISY MAC address via DHCP. I can ping the address OK (with orig or new card installed), just not telnet with new card.
  9. Yes, I read it. Two different 16GB cards give me the flashing red error (not mem plus error, just error). (tx, rx, and power lights are blue) The original card works fine I can telnet to the unit and login....just not with the "new" cards. The error I see with the 16GB units is: Connecting to...Could not open connection to the host...connect failed... It looks like it's not seeing the unit on the net. Why would it work the the original card and not with the new cards? Direct LAN connection, no firewall, no antivirus. It's almost as tho the original SD card has some needed "base" code (or causes the unit to act differently...basic connection)...should I be able to telnet to the unit without any card present? BTW I also tried formatting the card with Fat32 and using...formatted OK but same results with ISY. Am I missing something/something basic here?
  10. I just purchased a ISY-994i Pro and was looking to use a 16GB micro SD card. With the card it came with I can login/set things up plus can telnet to the unit (so all looks fine). If I replace the card with the 16GB card I get the red error light plus can not telnet to the unit (cannot connect error/times out). This is the same behavior I see with 2 different 16GB cards I have. If I put the original card back in then things work fine. I'm running the latest firmware 3.2.6 (as reported by the ve command with the original card in). Any thoughts? BTW, not sure I really need the 16GB but I had the cards... ...should have added that I tried resetting the ISY unit as well...no luck.
