Solutions

  1. awysocki's post in Inclusion failed was marked as the answer   
    I tried that and still it won't add, tried excluding it like ZOOZ says and that didn't help.  
    What finally fixed it was to cut power to the switch.  After that everything worked like a champ. You try so many things that the basics are what shoot you in the foot.
    Its all working now.
