Yes, I am utilizing the Admin Console. I had been in safe mode. When I replaced the PLM and tried to restore I got out of Safe mode, and the green Write flags appeared next to the devices. But, then I got the -20000 code of "Driver". Not sure what driver it is looking for.

Hi, my 5 year old PLM died and I replaced with a new one. I followed Insteon's instructions to load VCP drivers on my computer. ISY cannot restore giving me the -200000 -30 driver code. Do I need to install the VCP drivers on the ISY? If so, can someone direct me? Thanks.

Thanks all. I did not appreciate the reset to default. I'm assuming it's admin, and yep that worked. Thanks for the assist. I went from 4.8 to 5.3.4

Thanks for the reply, i realized my opening ask was not particularly polite. Yes, I have rebooted. Both the ISY and the windows machine I use to access it. Also, cleared the Java cache. I have backups of the set up, I don't think those will allow me to bypass the sign in feature. Appreciate any suggestions.

Yep, tried those steps earlier and again just now. Now the flash of a window lasts a millisecond longer, but still no Icon and no access to the console. Appreciate the help. I'll reach out to UD

That Wiki is a little unclear. It suggests pointing the AVSAWS file to itself. But, when I right click I don't get an "open with" option as the wiki suggests. The broken extension makes sense, but this approach is not working.

Long time user of ISY and Insteon. Have had a very stable set up. Built a new WIN 10 PC and trying to install Admin Console. Java installed. I get a brief flash of a app or dialog box, but no icon on the desktop. Multiple attempts. Cleared Java Cache. Thoughts? Thanks,
