  1. I have one working as 2842-222. Limited ability to change options, but senses motion just fine. Luckily, I had an insteon hub, from back when Alexa had limited isy connectivity, sitting in a drawer . I used it to adjust light sensitivity, delay, and other options. stusviews - try deleting it and relearning it. Mine got a little flacky after adjusting it with the insteon hub. I pulled the battery out of it for a few minutes, deleted it from isy, and relearned it. It has been working very well since.
  2. I'm not seeing anywhere in the iOS app or the webpage to change back, maybe there's an update coming?
  3. Alexa just stopped saying 'ok' to turn on and turn off commands. She now replies with a two tone chime. low then higher for on, high then lower for off. Is this just mine being temperamental, or is anybody else seeing this change too. Actually, its better than ok all the time!
  4. Many thanks to Michel Kohanim for his prompt response to my problem. It was a mistaken input on my part (triple check your UUIDs!). Very refreshing to deal with a company this responsive to their customers! Thanks again, Keep up the good work!
  5. I have the same problem. I purchased the portal, but I don't have a request for access. Portal integration - UDI says Online and registered but I think that is for the portal module I purchased several years ago for Mobile link, but didn't use.

    What is auto DR

What is the auto DR scene? I didn't add it and I haven't found any documentation on it. Any guidance on its purpose?
  7. That is a good point, I assume the cable modem directs everything to the only thing attached to it, the ASUS router. I don't know how to access the cable modem. There is a chance it is blocking 443 for some reason. I guess I'll have to contact Time Warner to see if they block 443. Thanks for the reply.
  8. I have been installing my new ISY994i this weekend. Everything is up and running well, Very nice interface and functionality guys! I have an ASUS RT-N66U router and Time Warner Cable internet through a Cisco modem. Everything went perfectly when I enabled internet access. It assigned an external address just as expected. Except I couldn't access ISY through the https address. Explorer troubleshooter says "the remote device or resource won't accept the connection". I have installed MobilLic Lite and it will syncronize with the http address, but not with the https address. I have tried changing the port to a higher number (2xxx) and everything updated perfectly (ISY gave me a new internet access address including the new port) but it still wouldn't work. I've disabled my Avast firewall, and the ASUS router's firewall. I've tried to access it with my iPhone on 3g, but it won't connect (Safari, or MobilLinc). I have a BayWeb thermostat I'm accessing through this router, a camera I'm accessing through Yoics through this router, and internet TV accessing through this router, so I'm a little afraid of changing too much, for fear of screwing up these other connections which all work great. I'm also not too keen on paying $5 a month for MobilLinc Connect service to access ISY from the road. I'm stuck at this point, HELP!
