Thats not what Im asking. If you click on the controller of your scene in the admin console (each keypad which should be RED), did you configure what your switches are supposed to do there also?

factory reset the device then try again. Make sure that your UI matches the firmware.
If you're manually putting in the device address, make sure that its the right one. Sometimes, people mistake a B for an 8 or D

lilyoyo1's post in Zigbee Distance from Polisy w Internal Card was marked as the answer
Range varies due to environment. Being that this is their beta release, it'll be impossible for anyone here to say what range you would get based on their experiences.
I suspect either you are too far or your device is not supported. Does it show up on the list on the firmware update page?

lilyoyo1's post in Polisy Link to EERO Zigbee was marked as the answer
Im assuming that you upgraded your polisy to the latest firmware. In the firmware notes section, it shows current device compatibility list. That device is not on there.

lilyoyo1's post in Time to upgrade from ISY to EISY was marked as the answer
The eisy is brand new- you'll get the latest model regardless of when you order it. At most you'll have to update the firmware which youd have to do anyway due to when firmwares can be pushed out and you receiving your product...no different than most consumer electronics nowadays.
You can wait but then you run into the possibility of UDI being out of stock when you're ready.
No one can really say what you will experience. There are many here that hasn't had issues and others who have. I'd peruse the eisy channel to see others experiences and decide whether or not you're ready to chance things. That way you can make an informed decision. Personally, I think you will be ok but with everyone's system being unique, only you can decide that.
There are a few posts on here with others using long cables without issue.

If you upgraded from 4.xx to the latest firmware, the instructions on the firmware page states that the password was reset to default

Your best source of information would be through the manufacturer of the product. I'd use the support link on the page that you linked to.

lilyoyo1's post in Phillips Hue products was marked as the answer
It already does support hue. You can use the hue node server via Polisy or eisy or network resources.
If you Google isy hue, you'll see plenty of posts on the matter. Or you can just scroll down on the forum until you see the Node Server

Id clear java cache to make sure your UI and firmware matches. Once done, click on a line, choose update, and then save each program again

lilyoyo1's post in Verifying instructions on the migration to eisy was marked as the answer
Correct. This has been covered a few times on here and from Michel. Its still being worked on.
This is for ISY994 users. Doesnt apply to Polisy especially since you're already on the latest version.
The instructions are in the wiki under "polisy OS versions. You will have to SSH into your polisy and run sudo uname -a
This is for ISY994 not polisy. There currently is not a migration tool for the usb stick to zmatter.
Home Assistant and Homeseer are 2. whatever 3rd party software people may have connected. Without this, their systems wont connect to eisy.
Michel will want to clarify this for you but i assume host name is "name" in the dashboard.
