I am hoping this thread is still active, since I have received my UBI this week but was not very successful to turn on my light. The comand I am using is working fine from any browser and my ISY994 is accepting it. However, the same comand in my UBI is not doing anything but just thevoice announcement that the light has been turn on. What am I doing wrong ? See screenshot in attachment of my setup Thanks Ralf

Hi LeeG, According to my wife, she left the house at about 4:15pm. Opened her garage with the regular garage button and left immediately. Closing the door from the car with her remote. She came home at about 4:45pm and was shocked. Parked the cars ans closed both doors. Neighbour kids told her that both doors were opened all the time....but of course we do not know exactly what when and how. Thanks Ralf

Hello Forum, I am having a sever problem with my both garage doors. Both of them where wide open when we came home and nobody was at home. We are using a KPL MAIN button to control the ceiling light in the garage, Button Garage-HER-BT is for HER Garage Open/Close while Garage-HIS-BT is obviously fo his Garage Open/Close. Both of the IOLincs are programmed on Momentary B. I have seen several times an odd behavior but was never able to figure out what was going on. Therefore I have attached the log file and the programs I am using to control the doors and the LEDs in the buttons. Usually my wife is opening the door with the normal door opener button, leaving the garage and closing it with the remote button. Coming back home, she is also using the remote... While I am using MobiLinc and the Program to open the doors and never experience an issue. Well today she did not do anything with HIS door, but both of the doors where open.... At this point I do not understand, why there are so many topics in this forum about Garage door and programs... Why is it that complicated for a normal user !?!? ISYFiles.zip

Hello jgorm, I have experienced the the same or at least similar issue this week with one of my dimmers. The dimmer is about 3month old and is only dimming 120watt of regular bulbs. We no reason it started to flickers when turnin ON, did nmot respond or did some really weird things. I have also noticed that the lowest led turned into RED which did not even know that this is possible.unfortunatel i havent found anything telling me what this red led (usually white) is about. I restored the device several times but it did not help, made the factory reset and it looks its working know but I am a little frustated since I dont know what is wrong with the switch or my isy. Another regular swichlinc is not reacting anymore as it is supposed to. mobilinc or the isy admin donsole is saying it is e.g. ON, it is actually OFF. I noticed this odd behaviour after updateing my isy to 4.1.1 and later to 4.1.2.. but after downgrading to 4.0.5 it is still not like it was before. I posted this issue and basically I got the feedback that the switch is probably bad which I kind of disagree. Why should a switch go bad after not even one year??

LeeG, I have similar issues with my local ON values during a specific time of the day. For some reason it is not working as expected. I do have two switchlinc dimmer in a scene "stairway-light" The dimmer with the load is the (M)aster, the 2nd controller is the (S)lave. During the day, the local on setting value should be 75% while during the night just 25%. The ON Level of the scene is set to 25% for both dimmer (programmed with ISY admin console) The ON Level applied locally is set to 75% What is actually the other ON level set to 50% ? Hi, I am experiencing same issue with mobilinc pro 1.2.4 in combination with my isy994i/ir pro with latest official sw release as of 21.aug.2013. I can control all devices on/off/dim/bright but the status on my android tab nor on my android phone is changeing. Any ideas? Thanks Ralf

Hello forum, I am having similar issues with my new bought ISZ994IR/PRO after entering the http://isy.universal-devices.com/99i the isy is not asking me for login credentials. However I can see the admin console. Some icons and the Menue "File"..but no Link Management no Tools and no Help. The isy is not connected to the 2413S yet. Thanks Ralf
