This worked, thank you!!! Sounds like this should be fixed by UD? Why not have the program delete these files upon opening or closing the app. I'm not a programmer, so maybe this wouldn't make sense!

Done! ...and Done! This worked and I guess should ALWAYS be my first step when issues like this occur. I've only had my install for ~15 years... Finally going to upgrade to EISY soon!

I get the attached error message, two times, when I run the ISY Launcher. Once I dismiss the messages I can login as usual. The UUID and IP address are both correct. Any ideas?!?

My typical setup at home is with a laptop and two additional monitors. When I attempt to use the ISY Launcher (as usual) but didn't have the two additional monitors connected the app would run but not display on the laptop monitor. Every other app works fine. Any ideas?!?

Not too jump on the bandwagon, but, come on! This needs to be resolved!

Thanks so much! Turns out I have an extra ISY with a power supply that a neighbor gave me when they moved! Back up and running! However, I will be buying a spare...

Red light is blinking on power supply, nothing lights up on the ISY. I need a replacement ASAP! Any recommendations? When I put my city and zip code in the UD online store, the system states it is a four day wait. I need alternatives, please!

Posting this for others that may run into this issue. I could not find this solution in the Forum... Upgraded from 4.9.x to 5.3.4 on 7/27/22 Programs stopped working Everything else except Programs seem to work fine (ie: scenes, Alexa, etc) Note: there were green arrows on each of my Programs (it didn’t dawn on me what that meant!) Rebooted ISY Programs still not working When I run a Program directly (ie: Run “If”, etc) it does not work No conditions present at Top Level “My Programs” folder Nothing is getting reported in the Summary section (ie: Last Run Time, etc) All Programs show as Enabled Solution From Details I selected a Program and then clicked on Save Changes The system went through and saved changes for all of my Programs Tested multiple Programs and they all worked!

Got that! It is an end user training issue. I want to keep the Fast On for use at night, which is different than the single click used to just turn on the hallway entry light from the garage.

After doing some research, I discovered a "Fast On" switch that was turning on this scene that I had forgotten about. My wife has a tendency to double click switches when she shouldn't (but, I won't tell her that! ?). Thanks for the suggestions!!!

Thanks for the suggestion, Geddy! However, the location and time zone are still correct. This is executing twice a day instead of just sunset. Is there a way for me to tell what is triggering the program (the log shows it is "Program" in the User column.

I have a program that runs a scene at Sunset Minus 5 Minutes daily to turn on our evening lights. However, beginning on 9/18/20 at 3:17pm, the program has executed during the middle of the day on the following days. 9/19 at 1:27pm 9/21 at 1:34pm 9/24 at 1:48pm How can I determine what is making this program execute? I don't have anything "new" plugged in at my home. Thoughts?!?

Got it! It is only turned on manually.

What's the simplest way to program my ISY994i to turn off my garage lights after they have been on for 15 minutes? 2477D just installed along with my 50+ other Insteon devices but have never ran across this need.
