So about a month ago I was having the exact same issue with Bell Canada. Every time I called Bell half the people I talked to didn't even have a clue what I was talking about. I was even told that Bell didn't offer email to text service even though I had been using it for 5 years. So I requested a service ticket be created for the issue and about a week later I received a call from Bell Canada saying the issue was resolved and everything has worked fine since. My ISP (Bell) frequently changes my ip address so I lose communication to my ISY via Mobilinc. If I purchase the ISY Portal will this eliminate the issue? Sent from my SM-G920W8 using Tapatalk

Need some help with programs to run a scene(winter) from 6:30 to 7:30 before sunrise but if it is after sunrise I need scene(summer) to run from 6:30 to 7:30. Please excuse the wording I don't have the program in front of me Program 1: If before sunrise -10 minutes and mon, tues, wed, thurs, fri 6:30 - 7:30 Then run scene winter Else stop scene winter Program 2: If after sunrise +10 minutes and mon, tues, wed, thurs, fri 6:30 - 7:30 Then run scene summer Else stop scene summer I know its simple but I can't get it to work any help would be appreciated. TIA

So I removed the batteries, waited 5 seconds, re-installed the same batteries and communication is back

4.2.7 and Z-wave firmware most recent loaded. Not sure if it would make much of a difference with 4.2.8

No lock still operates

I have added Z-Wave to my ISY994 with external antenna, added a Kwikset lock and everything has been working fine for a couple of months. Just recently I have a red exclamation beside the Kwikset node and have lost communication. I have tried to query the lock but that did not work, tried sync, and heal but cannot re-establish communication. Do I need to exclude the lock? Will this affect the programs that use the lock when I add it back?

Tried the code works great, I decided to use it for a couple different areas were I want the lights to come ON instantly but OFF slowly for the effect. Thanks for everyone's help
