I noticed that my Alexa commands were not working and checked the UD Mobile app and it was getting errors. I then tried to log into the portal and am getting a HTTP 500 error when attempting to log in.

I used photo paper for my KeypadLinc with the clear buttons and it works great. Just the right amount of light passes through but it's also think enough to give a nice solid white background.

Before you get into the scene, which should work, I have mixed Insteon and zwave scenes, does the GE switch work on it's own? Can you control it from the ISY? Does the isy see changes in the switch? Sorry, didn't see MrBill's response before I posted, browser didn't refresh.

I ordered a couple of switches on Friday and they arrived today.

That's interesting as I have a BE469NX that has been nothing but trouble since I moved to the 500 series board. If I exclude it and re-include it (I removed it from the door and held it near the ISY), it seems to report the first two local control actions. i.e. I can unlock it and the admin console will show the unlock action, then I can lock it and the console will show that, but after that it will no longer show local control actions. I can -usually- lock/unlock it from the admin console. It may be related, but when it is in this state it seems to loose it's association groups. I had a similar situation with one of their original dimmers. It stopped responding to local control, but still responded to the ISY. Went through troubleshooting with Inovelli and was going to replace it with another dimmer. Turned off the circuit breaker to replace it but remembered that I forgot to exclude it. Turned the breaker back on and it started working fine.

Did you include the repeater in secure mode (Two presses on include)?

When you are setting the parameters, it looks like the admin console is using decimal and the Schlage manual is in HEX. 0x10 would be 16 in decimal. When you are in the "Parameter Number" field, you can type in 0x10 and it will auto convert to 16.

The previous release already added all the 'Basic' nodes when I synchronized. Can I remove them?

Looks like it is still in the planning stages, but Inovelli has z-wave fan controllers on their roadmap. I also replaced my basic Hunter box with a RainMachine mini-8, I did connect it to the ISY via nodelink, but so far, just for informational purposes. I just use the Rainmachine app for everything.

The latest version of the app allows you to assign a schedule to routines and to snooze them for a time period.

There is no space for an outletlinc or other standard duplex outlet, just the single outlet. Unless there is something that I can put inside the pole, I will have to go with the current module strapped to the pole, or extend it to an outdoor box on the ground. I use a Sockitbox near the house, but that is concealed in the bushes.

I have a 3" diameter lamp post at the end of my driveway. It has a light fixture that is controlled by a light sensor as well as an always-on outlet. Right now I am using an Insteon 2634-222 outdoor on/off module to control some holiday lights, but I really don't like having that box hanging off the pole. I was looking at putting a 2443-222 micro switch inside the pole, but it is listed as indoor only. I was also looking at some z-wave options, but i'm concerned that the pole might block too much of the signal since z-wave is RF only whereas Insteon is RF/Powerline. Is anyone else doing something like this? Thanks

I have a Schlage and a Yale lock, about the same distance from the ISY (@10 feet). The Yale is working fine.

Not sure if this is a dongle issue or 5.0.13 as I was having issues after installing the beta. My Schlage lock is not behaving. I decided to punt and exclude it and re-include it, but it is still not reporting events reliabiy and queries are failing.

My new dongle just arrived in the mail. Followed all the steps above and have it running. Several devices failed to update on the network heal, but then it looped back around to them and then got 'success'. Range definitely seems better, before I only had a couple of devices that were 'neighbors' to my ISY, now pretty much all of them are.

I have to make a correction. They person who was helping me test didn't tell me they locked the lock at the end. So, i'm not getting duplicates, but all 5 programs are executing on each lock/unlock.

Hi Michel, As a test, I created 5 separate programs, 1 for each of the LOCK conditions (automatically, keypad, manual) and 1 for each of the UNLOCK conditions (keypad, manual). When I unlocked the lock manually, i recieved 10 emails. 6 LOCK (2 for each condition) and 4 UNLOCK (2 for each condition). In the admin console all 5 programs show a status of TRUE and the same RUN/FINISH times. Dave

I disabled the unlock program and unlocked/locked the deadbolt. I got a single locked message both times, once for the unlock and once for the lock.

Hi Michel, For testing, I was manually unlocking/locking from the inside knob and with the keypad. Whichever operation I perform, I get an unlocked notification followed by a locked notification. Thanks, Dave

I've got a single Schlage 469 and I set up an alert program to see when it locked/unlocked. When the program runs, it seems to run both the lock and the unlock program no matter what the lock does. I'm running 5.0.1, but i had this issue before that.
