I'm having similar issues. I was unable to connect to my ISY 99 pro from work today. Came home and the Err light was blinking. Reset ISY several times (unplugged PLM) and reset the router (even though it is configured with a static IP). I can't telnet to the device nor access through the web or java interface. It isn't responding to KPL buttons that normally trigger programs and it isn't running scheduled programs. PS I just emailed support about this issue.
  3. Finally figured out what I was doing wrong. I had the mode set to URL encode, changing it to Raw Text made it work. Thanks!
  4. Which camera are you using? I'm using the BL-C111A
  5. I gave up on this a while ago and tried again tonight. Now when I test the "network resource" it says request failed, and under Resource Response it says N/A. When I go into the camera after doing this, it says "Updating" for a few min after. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? 6. Thanks for the quick reply! Sorry, I didn't check notify and I didn't check back to see if there were any responses. Yes I am familiar with HTML editors and I just tried what you said but it's still not working. I'm getting a response that it was successful... and I looked at the source of the "Success!" page on the camera and the meta tags at the top are the same so it looks like the ISY is properly connecting, authenticating and posting the form to the camera but it's not actually changing anything on the camera. One odd thing, the success page on the camera has more meta tags than are showing up in the response on the ISY. Not sure if that really matters though. Here's what I'm trying for enabling the task Language=0&Page=1&TaskId=1&MessageMode=0&PrimaryStartSun=1&PrimaryStartMon=2&PrimaryStartTue=4&PrimaryStartWed=8&PrimaryStartThu=16&PrimaryStartFri=32&PrimaryStartSat=64&PrimaryTimeMode=86399999&PrimaryStartAMPM=0&PrimaryStartHour=12&PrimaryStartMin=0&PrimaryStopAMPM=1&PrimaryStopHour=11&PrimaryStopMin=59&OutputFormat=256&PrimaryResolution=2&PrimaryQuality=32&OutputTime=0&PrimaryPreIntervalNum=30&PrimaryPreIntervalPer=1000&PrimaryPreNum=0&PrimaryPostNum=1&PrimaryPostEnable=1&PrimaryPostSecond=1&SensorIgnoreTime=0&PrimaryPostIntervalNum=1&PrimaryPostIntervalPer=1000&TransferMode=48&TransferMailServer=smtp-server.neo.rr.com&TransferSMTPID=&TransferSMTPPassword=&TransferSMTPPortNo=25&TransferPopServer=&TransferPopID=&TransferPopPassword=&TransferPOP3PortNo=110&TransferAuth=0&TransferMailFrom=EMAIL40gmail.com&TransferMailTo1=EMAIL%40gmail.com&TransferMailTo2=&TransferMailTo3=&TransferMailSubject=ALERT%3A+Motion+Detected&TransferMailText=Away+notification&Position=255&MessageMode=0&ClearImage=&ConditionSave=1&TransCondition=4&SensorNo=0&TaskEnable=on&TransConditionSensor=0400
  7. Anyone figure out how to get this to work with a BL-C111A? I can't seem to get it to work. The Resource Response from either command is HTTP/1.0 200 OK Content-type: text/html Check on trigger page on camera, nothing changes when I test. I am using task 1 and no user name or password for SMTP (not needed for my server).[/code]
  8. Hi Michel, Let me know how to proceed so that you can connect to my ISY. Cheers! I'm probably going to need to call as well... still having issues. What are your support hours?
  9. I'm having issues updating. I'm on a Mac (PowerPC, OS 10.5) and I've tried with both FireFox and Safari. I searched this forum and found some stuff on updating issues... I've tried clearing the Java cache and I don't have any firewall on my computer. I keep getting both of these messages while updating (and not always at the same point) Upgrade Failed: Invalid Length Upgrade Failed :java.io.IOException: Broken pipe thanks! I currently have v2.6.13
