Just checked every lamp in my house (total of 8 ) and a get the same response. All the ceiling lights work.

Everything’s has been working great for a long time. Came home today and asked Alexa to turn on the window lamp and the response was window lamp doesn’t support that. Tried a few other lights and same thing. Anyone have any idea what is wrong.

I right clicked every program and selected stop. It is still running.

This is crazy it has been doing this now for 3 hours. I have been using the ISY for years and not once has it done this. Not sure what to do.

I open up the admin console this morning and it says system busy and the status bar keeps finishing then starts again. Any ideas. It has been doing it for about an hour now. Pic attached.

Got a notification last night at 2:30am that the sprinkler was triggered. Checked it out and was surprised that the intruder was not a skunk. It was a possum. Man they look like giant rats. The sprinkler and light being turned on by the motion worked very well. The possum was really running like crazy dodging the sprinklers.

I have what I thought to be a simple program but it is not exactly working. I have been having trouble with skunks in the back yard so I figured I would see if I can scare them off. I created a network resource called back yard motion. This would trigger an IFTTT applet which would turn on the backyard sprinkler for 1 minute, then turn on the side yard sprinkler for 1 minute if motion was detected. I also have in the program to turn on the backyard light at the same time and wait 3 minutes and turn the light off. I also have it setup to do this only between 10.00pm and 6:00am the next day. The sprinklers work as expected and the light comes on but it stays on. (does not shut off after 3 minutes). Any help would be appreciated. Below is the program. Back Yard Motion - [iD 005E][Parent 0001] If From 10:00:00PM To 6:00:00AM (next day) And Status 'Motion Back Door-Sensor' is On Then Resource 'Back Yard Motion' Set 'Back Yard Light' On Wait 3 minutes Set 'Back Yard Light' Off Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action')

My drop-in functions work perfectly. the named timers and reminders do not work.

Mine are associated with CA account. But all other features seem to work.

Do you have just a Zip code setup or do you have a compete US address set up in location. I have tried speaking slowly. i have 1 echo and 1 version 1 dot and 5 version 2 dots. Tried on every one of them. Does your reminders also work.

I live in Canada and have a number of echo dots. I have them setup with a US zip code. The only function that I do not have is local weather. (I use Bigsky for this). Has anyone in Canada got the new named timers and reminders to work in Canada. This seems strange because the echo calling was recently released and it works perfectly.

Never mind. I see it is scheduled for maintenance.

My automation with Alexa is not working. I went to connect to the portal by a web browser and I get cannot be reached. Anyone else having the same problems.

Michel, Do you have any suggestions on what to try to get my Mobilinc working with the ISY portal. I cannot connect to any devices. If I click on a device I get the following. Network Error, there was a problem sending the request. Please verify the connection settings in My settings and try again. Error code 401. Error Message: Authentication required. I checked the settings and re-entered the password for the ISY. I never made any changes at all before the outage on the ISY portal. My echo connection to the portal came back a few hours after the outage, just cant seem to get the Mobilinc back. I can get to it through the web browser. I cannot get by mobilinc through the portal.

I'm still having the issue with MobiLinc. It does not seem to connect. If I click on a device it's says authentication error. It worked fine yesterday.

I have the same issues. It did come back all except Mobilinc connection to the portal. It is still not working.

Actually mine does show online but I cannot connect to the web console and all devices and programs are not available.

Does the ISY portal allow you to view internal cams (they are in Mobilinc) from outside the network. I can see all my switches using the Mobilinc app with the ISY portal. They are Axis web cams.
