Release 2.6.13 beta is now available
It looks like the on/off is sort of working again for me, but I have one 2476D (v.27) device which goes OFF when you CLICK ON. Fast-On or Brighten is the only way to get the device to go on. This does not seem to occur with other switches that I have tested so far. NTP still seems to not work. -Bob

Power cycled ISY, re-downloaded 2.6.8, cleared java cache and still get Upgrade Failed: Invalid Length If no one has ideas, is there a way to factory reset and then install 2.6.8 and then restore from backup?

Can't backup or upgrade
Michel, I have tried this on two computers; one with XP and Firewall tuned off and one with Vista again with Firewall turned off. I also deleted the java cache just to be sure. So two issues: 1. Can not backup due to /CONF/30.PRP; how can I correct this? 2. Can not upgrade from 2.6.5 to 2.6.7; I get this message:"Upgrade Failed: ISY Refused Program Update" What us causing this? Could this be the same file that is causing my backup issues? -Bob

Hi, I just installed and configured my ISY Pro, and when I attempted to do a backup, I get the following message: Could Not Retrieve the Configuration File /CONF/30.PRP I also attempted to do an upgdate (without a backup) to the latest release; and I was told the upgrade was refused. Can someone assist me in correcting this? -Bob
