  1. It looks like the on/off is sort of working again for me, but I have one 2476D (v.27) device which goes OFF when you CLICK ON. Fast-On or Brighten is the only way to get the device to go on. This does not seem to occur with other switches that I have tested so far. NTP still seems to not work. -Bob
  2. Power cycled ISY, re-downloaded 2.6.8, cleared java cache and still get Upgrade Failed: Invalid Length If no one has ideas, is there a way to factory reset and then install 2.6.8 and then restore from backup?
  3. Hi, I'm currently at 2.6.7 and when I attempt to upgrade; I get the following message: Upgrade Failed: Invalid Length Any ideas? Thanks -Bob[/img]
  4. OK, will do. I have been creating and deleting programs all afternoon and have had no problems so far. -Bob
  5. Michel, After removing the file 30.prp; ISY allowed my to get a backup and perform the upgrade. Thanks for all the assistance. -Bob
  6. Downloaded latest java; deleted cache (ie and java) and still get error for not being able to retrieve config for 30.prp file. Also have behind this error "Cound not create the zip file". Also tried to upgrade and it is still failing. -Bob
  7. Michel, I have tried this on two computers; one with XP and Firewall tuned off and one with Vista again with Firewall turned off. I also deleted the java cache just to be sure. So two issues: 1. Can not backup due to /CONF/30.PRP; how can I correct this? 2. Can not upgrade from 2.6.5 to 2.6.7; I get this message:"Upgrade Failed: ISY Refused Program Update" What us causing this? Could this be the same file that is causing my backup issues? -Bob
  8. Hi, I just installed and configured my ISY Pro, and when I attempted to do a backup, I get the following message: Could Not Retrieve the Configuration File /CONF/30.PRP I also attempted to do an upgdate (without a backup) to the latest release; and I was told the upgrade was refused. Can someone assist me in correcting this? -Bob
