    Trouble upgrading to new release

    Ekreks posted a topic in ISY994
    Hello. I am on release 4.05 and have been having issues logging in with Chrome and IE so decided to upgrade. When I try manually I get an error invalid or incompatible upgrade file. I have the isy 994i more recent release replaced my order unit some time this year. I just realized in Help->about the product is showing unknown which I suspect is the issue. What guidance steps can you supply to resolve this? thanks David

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
