  1. I did the replace modem procedure twice now. I have never used the delete PLM option though. Thanks for the tips Xathros. I will look into that some more. I have approximately 15 dual band insteon devices on both phases of my electrical feed so I thought I would be good. Can't hurt to buy a few filterlincs and throw them on my powerstrips.
  2. 4.4.1 for both
  3. I am having issues with my setup that I can't pinpoint. I have an ISY 994i Pro with an Insteon PLM. My ISY is randomly showing the incorrect status of my Insteon devices. Here are a few examples, Dining room light (dimmer switch) was on but ISY showed it as off. Christmas lights (outdoor module) sometimes don't turn on or off based on the program I set up. Garage status (garagelinc package) will show correct status when door opens but not always show close when the door is closed. Waterfall control (outdoor module) will randomly show a failure to connect to device but upon doing a query the ISY sees it no problem. Fanlinc showing fan is still on high when it was turned off on a keypadlinc. This issue doesn't happen often. I may see 1-2 of these incorrect statuses in a week. Is this normal? It is annoying when I log in from work and see a status stating the garage door is open when it isn't or when I go to bed and check to see if I left any lights on and it shows the lights are off when in fact a light may be on. I use Mobilinc with Mobilinc connect. I can confirm there is nothing wrong with Mobilinc. When I see the incorrect status in Mobilinc, I log into my admin console and see the incorrect status is in the ISY. My insteon PLM died about a month ago and has been replaced with a brand new one. I have restored the PLM twice since receiving it. I have over 20 insteon devices in my home and most are dual band. The status problem is not limited to one insteon device. Is it normal to have these incorrect status issues or is something wrong with my setup? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
  4. The magnets are about 1 cm apart at the top of the garage door. I have the magnets screwed in so they won't move. I will double check the connections when I get home.
  5. 1. Trigger reverse is not selected. 2. I have the larger Seco-larm sensor. 3. The state of the sensor was correct each time. The ISY reports the status of the sensor correct almost every time. The incorrect status has only happened approx 3-4 times all within the last 2-3 weeks. I have had the device for approx 3 years without any problems prior. The incorrect status doesn't happen when I actually open or close the door. It happens when the door has been idle just like in my logs above. It was the middle of the night and I was asleep. The other times were on the way home from work, I pulled up my garage in Mobilinc to open it and it showed that it was already open when it was physically closed. Each time I confirmed that the ISY had the incorrect status in the logs. Can't figure out what is causing it to randomly and infrequently cause the status to incorrectly change.
  6. I am fairly new to ISY and am not sure why I am having this problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.I have a garagelinc kit installed that has been functioning flawlessly for 3+ years. I have an ISY994i PRO on firmware 4.3.6. Recently the sensor status is randomly reporting incorrectly. Doesn't happen often but it did alert me last night at 3AM that my garage door was now open. Didn't notice the alert until around 5:50AM, when I checked my phone. Got my heart rate up a bit until I checked the camera in the garage and saw it was still closed. I refreshed the sensor and then it reported correctly again. This is not happening all of the time. The status has been incorrect maybe 3 or 4 times over the last 3 weeks. This is the first time it happened at night. Below is the log from last night. Does anything seem out of ordinary here?
