  1. Much cheaper alternative to Mouser as a source for capacitors, especially Canadians with extra shipping charges is Ebay (ships from Hong Kong to Ontario in about 25 days). I ordered three capacitor types from Ebay, shipping included, as follows in Canadian $ (US$ would be less): ITEM PRICE: C $1.79 20PCS 50V 10uF Electrolytic Capacitor 5×11 Radial (Used this for C7, C8, C13) ITEM PRICE: C $1.79 20PCS 35V 100uF Electrolytic Capacitor 6×7 Radial (Used for C11) ITEM PRICE: C $2.31 10PCS 400V 10uF Electrolytic Capacitor 10mm×13mm Radial (Used for C3) I repaired two 2413S PLM's, one older version V1.0 using the tack soldered capacitor/wire/coil combination and one newer PLM V1.B and also one 2443 Access Point V2.6. All three devices are functional now. Followup: As per valid comments from other forum members, a better choice for longevity of repairs for C7, C8, C13 might be an ultra low impedance ESR type such as 10pcs 10uF 35V Rubycon ZA 5x5mm 35V10uF Low Impedance Electrolytic Capacitor for a buck including shipping.
  2. Would you be so kind and also confirm that your 2476ST 15 timers still operate as expected, along with the 1, 2 hour timers. Also, would you also try to change the default 15 timer using the ISY's option function and change that value to say 20 minutes and let me know if it sticks. As I continue to experience a loss in functionality of these key features. Teken . . . Hello, again, Teken and Michel I'm quoting because of the time lapse. I think I have solved the problem as explained in the previous message to Michel. The device is actually a 2476S and there are no timer functions on this unit. However, it still seems strange that my problems only manifested after I upgraded to 3.2.6. Also, I reviewed the topology report from 3.1.7 and my unit indicated (2476S) SwitchLinc Relay v.2C, which I believe is correct. It now reports as (2476S) SwitchLinc Relay v.00
  3. Hello, again, Michel, Sorry it took so long to respond but I was experimenting some more and got quite confused for a while. You were right in that I experienced more problems with the 2476ST SwitchLinc Relay. But it seems that using "auto" to add the device from scratch is a no-no. It reports it as a 2476ST whereas it is in fact a 2476S. After I deleted and added manually as an 2476S and experimented for a while, all now seems to be OK after several days and cycles, queries, etc.
  4. Hi, Michel, I upgraded from 3.1.7. All fine EXCEPT my 2476ST SwitchLinc Relay no longer recognized (no communication with device, supposedly). Tried to restore device but that didn't work as couldn't communicate with device. So did a factory reset on Switchlinc, then added the Switchlinc to ISY99i from scratch using explicit choice of type of device. Now all is back to normal.
  5. My EZIO2X4 failed and after I replaced it with a new one I now have the same issue described here regarding inputs not updating automatically. Different firmware, I suppose? Therefore I will also be waiting for a fix.
  6. Hi Michael, I too have the ISY99i and EXIO2X4. My PLM/EZIO2X4 combination seems to work OK with ISY except for the digital/analog inputs. I am using one of the opto-isolated inputs for garage door control combined with my ELK-M1 panel. Glad to hear you are looking for support solutions. Being able to extract analog data would be an added bonus!
