  1. Ok, up and running on my laptop and got IoX running and set location. Everything makes sense now. much better. Thanks for the tip. This should get me running again.
  2. Thanks for your input. Right now I'm using UD Mobile for everything since my PC is down. However, I did check the "last runtime" and then forced a "Run Then" to see what happens when the 'then' clause runs. It works exactly as desired. But, I think I found the problem - the clock it's using is not my local time, it's Pacific time. I discovered this after forcing the run and noting the "last run time" was three hours before my local time. So I'll try kludging it by setting the run times to 3 hours before I actually want them. Is there some way of configuring the date/time on the EISY? Perhaps it's as simple as resetting its clock? I've looked through the configuration settings but don't see any way of accessing the controller.
  3. I'm still unable to get any schedule working. I've tried sunrise, sunset, and specific times and it never activates. I read in an earlier thread somebody said just wait a few days and it might start working but it's been much longer than that now and and on a single schedule is working yet. I could have worked around this if the Google home integration was working, but since there is still no universal devices connection in Google home, I can't even use it to control my devices.
  4. Back on line in PA
  5. Down in Pennsylvania. Comcast is my network provider
  6. Looks like it's bluish. Thanks for the tip. I think I was coming from 5.0.16, but not 100% sure. I was able to successfully roll back to 5.0.16c and now it sees my Z-wave again.
  7. I managed to get to the point of it allowing me to upload an upgrade file. What version should I use? Thanks again for the help.
  8. Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, it can't communicate with the Z-wave dongle so I'm out of luck there. It seems I misunderstood the version I had and installed firmware that is incompatible and now I'm stuck in an infinite loop and can't wind back the update.
  9. Thanks, I'm afraid that I'm confused. I posted everything that shows in my About screen but there's nothing like a V5 or 4.55. It says Z-wave (21100) Which doesn't look like any sort of version number I've seen. Unfortunately, it now seems to be stuck in an endless cycle of "Linking. Please do not power off /unplug the system..." so the admin console isn't allowing me to take any other actions. And by "endless cycle", I mean it's been doing that for the last 5 hours. The progress bar completes then it goes back to linking again so I can't manually change the firmware or do anything with the system. I can show the PLM status if that helps 53.BE.6A v9E Thanks for any more advice!
  10. I did the upgrade and now get the dreaded "Z-wave dongle not responding" Using a 2413S, revision 2.5 Everything had worked for years. Done the obvious things like power cycling, to no avail. Tried refreshing - no change Restored from backup made just prior to firmware update - no change Have no idea what other troubleshooting I can do. I was under the impression that the Z-wave dongle was plug-and-play with the main ISY 994i. Might I have installed the wrong firmware? I'm always a little unclear which of the two versions need to be installed in this system based on the descriptions. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Product: ISY 994i PRO (1100) - OpenADR (21010) - Z-Wave (21100) - Portal integration - UDI (21075)
