  1. So, it's random. Both of the problem nodes HAVE the battery node, BUT, it NEVER populates... Its the only devices I have issue with.
  2. My ISY 994i has an upgraded Z-Wave module (firmware v6.82.01) and my ISY 994i Pro is upgraded to the latest firmware of v5.3.4. It's specifically with Aeotec Window and Door sensors. They USED to work on the older firmware. All of my other Z-Wave devices work, but not these. Specifically these products: https://aeotec.com/products/aeotec-door-window-sensor-7/ https://aeotec.com/products/aeotec-door-window-sensor-7-pro/ It looks as though the eisy will support the PLM and I can continue to use Insteon, so looks like that will be my upgrade path. Sorry to see Polisy so short-lived though. Glad I didn't jump on that bandwagon.
  3. So... Is it safe to say that those of us with ISY 994i Pro's aren't going to be expecting firmware updates any longer? Has focus shifted almost entirely to the Polisy product? Don't get me wrong, the Polisy should be far more performance on the UI side, but there are still issues on the 994 side related to z-wave and battery status indications that just don't show up. It's been a problem for a while, and it's really the ONLY gripe I have (besides the fact that the admin UI relies on Java). I've been a UDI customer for almost 15 years now, and I really love the product. I'm about 90% Insteon and 10% z-wave, and all of my Insteon stuff still works just fine. Trying to plan for a hardware upgrade/migration to a Polisy if that's really what's going to be required to continue to get updates, etc.
  4. Yup, I use the launcher, then click on my ISY's address and select "Admin Console". Guess I will need to open a support ticket with UD.
  5. Howdy all. I've made a bunch of changes to devices and programs and I just went to perform a backup. It failed with the following 2 errors: The first one is almost certainly related to the second. I've rebooted the ISY, but the error remains, and it's always that file. Anyone have any ideas?
  6. Howdy all! So... What I essentially want to do is write a program on my ISY that would send an alert whenever the deadbolt is unlocked, and I'd like to include the USER ID in that alert. I'm just playing around with the event viewer and noticing that there isn't one event that contains all of the information. Has anyone accomplished this? Can someone point me in the correct direction? Edit: I think I figured it out. My friend and I have different locks, and they have an actual alarm feature that has the code with it. I didn't see this at forst.
  7. ALL - It appears as though the certificate issue has been resolved. Alexa integrations are working again, and the https://my.isy.io page no longer indicates an expired certificate.
  8. Interesting. I know for a fact the Universal Devices site certificate is expired so I expected that to be it. I mostly use the ISY as my main hub. I also have an LG skill and I just tried it and it worked without issue.
  9. I wouldn't accept it. I would wait until the certificate is updated.
  10. Hopefully someone at UDI is monitoring this so that they can get the certificate updated... This is the second issue with them in as many months.
  11. I can confirm that this issue is now resolved on my end.
  12. I can confirm that this also fixed my issue.
  13. So I've been rebooting my ISY remotely (via an IP controlled power device) about every 10ish minutes. Still no connectivity in the ISY portal.
  14. Michael, what about those of us who have been rebooting for the last hour? I just rebooted mine a few minutes ago and it still hasn't come back online. When can we expect this problem to "sort itself out"?
  15. I submitted a support ticket and they indicated that they are looking into the issue now.
  16. Same here... Mine was working perfectly for quite some time. I had upgraded to version 5.0.16C on 17-MAR, and sometime this afternoon it dropped offline. The ISY indicates it's "online" (PIC1) and the website has a green dot (PIC2) but, but accessing anything in the portal shows that it's offline (PIC3).
  17. I have been on v5.0.16C since 17-MAR. I thought it was less than that, but apparently it was about a month ago that I upgraded.
  18. For what it's worth, mine was working for a couple weeks without a restart. It dropped off all by itself earlier this afternoon and still isn't back. I've tried rebooting twice.
  19. So... It's now 1436 EST and I've also noticed that my ISY has dropped offline effectively breaking all of my smart home integrations like Alexa... What's the status on bringing this back up? Silence from the organization on something like this is completely unacceptable. Additionally, simply notifying users via a form post and not an email is additionally unacceptable.
