The firmware version of my EISY is v5.6.4 (2023-08-11). I don't know if this is the latest one or not.

I am having the same trouble. I looked at the version history and the last version according to the APP store is 1.1.62 updated 5 days ago. That is about the same time I started having this trouble. I will check the firmware version on my EISY

Is it possible to access my eisy console remotely? if yes, please tell me how to set it up. I assume I need to enter a URL into to the IoX finder. Thanks in advance for your help.
