I noticed that my light switches weren’t working with Alexa or Google and I just looked and my ISY994 isn’t showing any power. There are no lights on at all. Also the light on the adapter is off as well. I assume it’s likely an adapter power supply issue. The only cause I can think of is that our home power went out for about 60 seconds a few days ago. I wonder if that fried the adapter. Is there a specific kind of replacement adapter I should get? The current one appears to be 5V 0.5A (that’s what I assume 500mA means). Does anything that level or higher work? Just want to get something relatively soon. Lastly, on the off chance that it’s not the power is there an inexpensive replacement for the 994? I’m just looking for simple scheduling and controls of Insteon switches.
  2. I figured out my problem. The launcher wasn't finding my ISY for some reason. I was inputting the IP address for my ISY URL to manually add it. I realized I had to find the URL from the my.isy.io site. Still have no idea why the launcher won't find the ISY automatically but I got in to the portal. Now I can't figure out why my password isn't working.
  3. I'm having the exact same issue. The launcher can't find the ISY. I know what the IP address is and I try to manually add it but it still doesn't find it. I tried clearing the Java cache while checking all of the boxes and nothing. I know that the ISY is there and that the IP address is correct because I can access it but I just can't access the admin console.
