  1. Brian H's post in ISY994i seemed to lose connection with all (Insteon) devices. Now showing XML Parse Error was marked as the answer
Try clicking on the data line it is displaying and chose of you want a LAN or cloud connection. I use LAN myself.
If the LED on the side of the PLM. It is an indication it has failed. If you are handy there are repair threads on repairing them.

Have you compared the links in the module to the ones in the ISY Administrative console?
Are you turning on and off each individuate sprinkler output. As only one can be on at a time. If you have set output 8 to optional pump control. Is it turning on when any other output is on?
If the outputs are actually going on and off. Have you verified the 24VAC sprinkler valve transformer is working?
  3. Brian H's post in How do you factory reset a ISY994i? was marked as the answer
    Can't say about the portal.
    Factory Reset.  https://wiki.universal-devices.com/Resetting_Your_ISY
  4. Brian H's post in ISY994i is my ISY Dead? was marked as the answer
If the Power LED is not on.
Try a new power supply. We have seen reports of them failing, including one of mine. It is possible it had enough energy to power it but when powered down and back up. It did not have enough energy to restart correctly.
  5. Brian H's post in Purchase Modules-404 Error was marked as the answer
The ISY994i was discontinued earlier this year.
As of 06/01/2023. Purchase modules for a ISY994i was discontinued. Probably why you are getting the error.

  6. Brian H's post in ISY994 to EISY .. go with USB PLM or stay old Serial PLM ... ? was marked as the answer
Sounds correct. Both new production 2413 PLM's have the same base board electronics. With a different interface to the outside world. Both models should have the same power supply capacitors. The 2413S has a new daughter board. With a better serial chip with better ESD protection and a protective network on the two external serial signals. One will have a subcategory ID for a serial and a different subcategory ID for the USB.
If you are going a long distance. I am not sure how you can use USB if the distance is over the USB specification distance.
  7. Brian H's post in 2412UH PLM was marked as the answer
I did not see it on the eisy pages of the UDI sales pages or lilyoyo1's link here.
Another point. The 2412UH was the model with a different Subcategory that the proprietary version of  HouseLinc checked before allowing it to work.
It has a slower clock speed over the 2413S/U and may even have the smaller link database found in the earlier revisions.

I would also suspect a label changed. Even the original in the FCC Database shows it is Dual-Band. I do know their where a few users manuals over the 2487S documentation.
To my earlier post. The 1600k you read on Red and Black sounds like the relay contacts where stuck shut and after tapping the readings are more like I would expect.
  9. Brian H's post in Polisy and X-10 was marked as the answer
You may want to plug the module into the same outlet as the PLM. It could be possible you have a new signal sucker or power line noise maker. That is effecting the X10 signal to the chime module.
The power line receiver in the chime module may have gone bad and it would still ding-dong on powering up,
Try rotating the House and Unit Code wheels to clean them. We have seen some modules with age. Get intermittent and actually be on a different address than the wheels say they are set to.
  10. Brian H's post in Dead isy994i moving on to Polisy was marked as the answer
I too would suspect the power supply.
There are many posts here with failing power supply. I have had a few myself. UDI presently sells a 12 Volt supply as the ISY994i has a fairly wide power specification.
