If the PLM was having capacitor issues some of the PLM link records could have been alerted. Suggest running Restore Modem (PLM) to rebuild PLM link database. Unless the PLM was changed, the Restore Modem (PLM) will only rebuild the PLM link database. If that does not resolve KPL symptom then do a Restore Device on KPL. Does the KPL button LED turn On/Off with button press?

Some loads do not accept a dimmer. Need to use on/off or dimmer based on what type load is/will be controlled. EDIT: if using the SwitchLinc in a 3-way configuration where the SwlichLinc is the secondary device, the on/off module does not have LEDs behind the middle openings so it can be difficult to see the level of the device controlling the load. Just another factor in considering whether to use a dimmer or on/off device.

Unfortunately working few months ago does not insure things will work forever in the future without a problem. Could be issue with OutletLinc itself, some other source of interference, and so on.
-
Unfortunately devices like a TV and DVD have electronics that are powered even when devices are Off. Both TV an DVD respond to IR signals to turn the devices On. Need to unplug devices to eliminate them as sources of interference. Also the circuit that provides power to OutletLinc is likely powering other devices in other rooms.

Sorry, do not us Mobilinc. Something like this may work Set Scene 'xxxx' Off Wait ? seconds Set 'IOLinc2-Relay' Off
-
" or is it only due to being an iolinc and the way I added it to the scene?:" Only an IOLinc in Momentary A mode that causes Relay to turn On in reaction to Scene Off . Most devices have some positive On Level value and turn Off with a Scene Off. IOLinc in Momentary A mode is an exception.

The next to last Off command worked. The last Off command did not get response from device. In your post 14 what is IOLinc2? All devices have On Level at 100%. IOLinc2 Relay must be set to 0% for Momentary A to react to Scene Off command
-
I added IOLinc1 with Responder On Level set to 100% Set Scene 'SceneXXXX' On turns On IOLinc1 Relay Set Scene 'SceneXXXX' Off turns On IOLinc3 Relay Mon 05/23/2016 03:50:41 PM : [iNST-TX-I1 ] 02 62 00 00 9C CF 11 00 - Scene On Mon 05/23/2016 03:50:41 PM : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 00.00.9C CF 11 00 06 LTONRR (00) Mon 05/23/2016 03:50:41 PM : [D2D EVENT ] Event [15 BB 5A 2] [sT] [0] uom=0 prec=-1 Mon 05/23/2016 03:50:41 PM : [ 15 BB 5A 2] ST 0 Mon 05/23/2016 03:50:41 PM : [D2D EVENT ] Event [1C FD D5 2] [sT] [255] uom=0 prec=-1 Mon 05/23/2016 03:50:41 PM : [ 1C FD D5 2] ST 255 - IOLinc1 Relay turns On Mon 05/23/2016 03:50:53 PM : [iNST-TX-I1 ] 02 62 00 00 9C CF 13 00 - Scene Off Mon 05/23/2016 03:50:53 PM : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 00.00.9C CF 13 00 06 LTOFFRR(00) Mon 05/23/2016 03:50:53 PM : [D2D EVENT ] Event [15 BB 5A 2] [sT] [255] uom=0 prec=-1 Mon 05/23/2016 03:50:53 PM : [ 15 BB 5A 2] ST 255 - IOLinc3 Relay turns On Mon 05/23/2016 03:50:53 PM : [D2D EVENT ] Event [1C FD D5 2] [sT] [0] uom=0 prec=-1 Mon 05/23/2016 03:50:53 PM : [ 1C FD D5 2] ST 0

"I'm confused how by having a scene level of 0% makes it respond to a scene off.." That is how SmartLabs designed the IOLinc. "IOLinc1 has Relay Responder On Level set to 100% so Momentary A responds to Set Scene 'xxxx1' On IOLinc2 has Relay Responder On Level set to (100%\0%)? so Momentary A responds to Set Scene 'xxxx1' Off Program issues Set Scene 'xxxx1' On to activate IOLinc1 Relay Program issues Set Scene 'xxxx1' Off to activate IOLinc2 Relay" IOLinc2 has Relay Responder On Level set to 0% so Momentary A responds to Set Scene 'xxxx1' Off Program1 Then Set Scene 'xxxx1' On Else Suggest posting the Program(s). I don't think a single Program would issue both commands in same clause as both IOLinc1 Relay and IOLinc2 Relay would be active at the same time. Then Set Scene 'xxxx1' On (This would activate IOLinc1 Relay) Set Scene 'xxxx1' Off (This would activate IOLinc2 Relay) Else
-
Perhaps I have not followed devices correctly. IOLinc1 has Relay Responder On Level set to 100% so Momentary A responds to Set Scene 'xxxx1' On IOLinc2 has Relay Responder On Level set to 0% so Momentary A responds to Set Scene 'xxxx2 Off Program issues Set Scene 'xxxx1' On to activate IOLinc1 Relay Program issues Set Scene 'xxxx2' Off to activate IOLinc2 Relay
-
Here are examples of Options and Scene Relay Responder On Level set to 0%. I'm assume the Options, Scene definition, or Set Scene 'xxxxx' Off have an issue. If all correct then IOLinc is defective (which I do not believe). Event Trace of Scene Off Mon 05/23/2016 12:22:09 PM : [iNST-TX-I1 ] 02 62 00 00 9C CF 13 00 Mon 05/23/2016 12:22:09 PM : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 00.00.9C CF 13 00 06 LTOFFRR(00)

Has to be a Scene command, not a Direct command, for Momentary A to follow Options and Scene On Level setting.
-
Test here confirms Relay Responder On Level controls Momentary A. Did you click on the Controller being used? Clicking on the Scene name would not affect what a KPL button does for example.
-
Click on the Scene Controller being used. Set the Relay Responder state to Off. I'll test this to be sure memory is correct. In Momentary A I think the Relay Responder On Level determines whether IOLinc Relay responds to On or Off Scene command. EDIT: test confirms Relay Responder On Level determines whether Momentary A responds to Scene On or Scene Off command. The IOLinc Relay turns On when Controller sends Scene Off when Responder On Level set to 0 and Momentary A used.

MWoods329 It is very unlikely the symptom is caused by 4.4.6. If you can detail what the current symptom is and what has been done so far I'd be happy to offer assistance.

Is the OutletLinc being managed with a Scene or a Direct command? Could be a comm issue, particularly if using a Scene. If using a Scene try a Direct command. Could also be a defective OutletLinc. Run the Event Viewer at LEVEL 3. Turn the OutletLinc On and Off with a Direct command and post the trace.
-
What are you checking, If Control or If Status of battery device? Normally you can adjust the Program to accept a blank state, or perhaps trigger the Program with If Control so some message must be received from device before Program runs.
-
Be careful about the PLM links table. Any device that presents an Insteon message to the PLM will alter what the Show PLM Links Table results look like. Run the Show PLM Links Table a few times. Also turn on the Event Viewer at LEVEL 3 to see what Insteon messages may be reaching the PLM.. The ISY Backup would be restored which should restore the device link information in the ISY. Then run File | Restore Devices to rebuild device link databases. Not every device will have a Responder link with the PLM address. None of the Controller only devices will have Responder links for example. The idea was to display a device link table that should have a Scene Responder link. You would need to know the specifics of each device to reach a correct system wide conclusion.

Here is an example of a Scene where button D sets the FanLinc motor to High. Buttons A,B,C have On Level of 0 so those buttons are Off when button D is pressed.
-
Here is an example of what must exist in device. 2 : 0FE8 : A2 53 22.80.0B FF 1F 01 0x53 is the Insteon Scene issued by the Program 22.80.0B is my PLM address
-
Please, NEVER DELETE MODEM. You problems only increase in magnitude if PLM Deleted.. Follow Wiki procedure for replacing PLM. When complete display the Device Link Table if you have a device that is not responding to a Scene. Need to have a A2 xx aa.bb.cc ....... Responder link in the device where aa.bb.cc is the new PLM address.
-
How long did the Restore Modem (PLM) run? Was the ISY and old PLM powered down, new PLM installed and connected to PLM, ISY then powered up.

nolan11 "In this case, your condition Time is Sunset is true for exactly one second, and would therefore be false by the time the Wait has ended." I'm sure the info being posted is well meaning but it is wrong. The "If Time is Sunset" is like "If Control", there is no False side. The Waits work as I initially posted. Using this Program and Event Trace running it shows three Set Scene ..... On commands being executed after the Wait AAAA4 Time - [iD 00A6][Parent 0001] If Time is 10:19:00AM Then Set Scene 'SceneCrossLink' On Wait 3 seconds Set Scene 'SceneCrossLink' On Wait 3 seconds Set Scene 'SceneCrossLink' On Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') .
