I have a really weird thing occurring with my Ecobee PG3x node server. Whenever my Ecobee changes the comfort setting (Home to Away, Home to Sleep, etc), one light in my house (kitchen three-way, Insteon) turns off. It doesn't matter if I send the command via the Ecobee app, via a schedule, or through the Ecobee nodes, the light always turns off. I do not have any programs or scenes that tie my Ecobee nodes to anything. For the life of me, I can't figure out why my kitchen lights always shuts off any time the comfort setting changes! Does anyone have any ideas? Adam

Chiming in......can log into my local console, can't connect with the UD Mobile app (ERROR: Could not get credentials (11):("code":503,"error":"server_error","error_description":"server_error") oAuth Error Cannot connect to ISY portal. Http error 500. When I connect locally to the admin console, i see Portal Integration - UDI Offline.

Yup, that was one of my first tries.....

I have the IP address reserved, and it shows up properly in my Address Reservation table, and shows up in the Connected Devices. Screenshot shows that ISY Finder sees nothing. I've used both the https://polisy:8443/desc (and 8080/desc) and the IP:port/desc methods, but ISY Finder always shows "Not Found". I can log in to my Polyglot V3 through my web browser, and it shows the same IP address as in my router settings. However, none of my Polyglot nodes are being updated (as per UD Mobile). UD Mobile shows it at the reserved address, and shows 8080 for the port. When I try to connect locally through UD Mobile, it shows the following error: java.lang.Error: Error (IO Exception) java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Yup, tried that too. Only thing I've got left on my idea sheet is full reset (including network settings)

Everything was working normally. I noticed the update to 5.4.4 was available, so I clicked to automatically update in the Admin Console. Since then, ISY Finder can't locate it automatically, nor if I go to https://polisy:8443/desc or even https://IP ADDRESS:8443/desc Everything still works correctly (except for any attempts to connect to it), and it works via the UD Mobile app for Android through the ISY portal settings. Please help!

@javi, I downloaded the update, cleared the cache and storage, and am still getting "Error: Email and/or password is not valid."

I downloaded the app, and tried to log in. I also have a password that is 16 random letters, numbers, and symbols. The password works on the ISY Portal, but when I try to log on to UD Mobile, I get "Error: Email and/or password is not valid."

It works for my Ecobee3, without any additional setup. In fact, it added all of my sensors so I can ask what temperature it is in each room......
