  1. Yup, time for a ticket. Thanks for your help.
  2. On my PG3x dashboard, it shows ring as disconnected. Does this mean disconnected from Ring or from the eisy? According to my ring account, ISY home automation access has been granted. Version 1.2.1. In eisy, tried opening plugin, install all nodes for ring, and nothing happens. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
  3. Actually, after checking, I'm on pg3x. I have re-authenticated, but node still says disconnected. Ring is also not loading into the eisy. It appears that I'm not "talking" to ring. Connection to Alexa is working find. All was OK till today's upgrade. Thanks.

  6. So, have not touched my EISY in maybe 6 or 10 months. Logged in and suggested upgrade. All went OK, however my interface to Ring is no longer working. Deleted and reinstalled in Polyglot, but not showing in EISY interface or dashboard. Also notification controller is showing as disconnected. I have tried restarting PG3. Please note that my connection to Alexa is working fine. Been a while since I have worked in this system. Maybe I shouldn't have updated. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

  8. Trying to set up the new Ring Node Server. So, I set up in PG3, made sure in portal the "tools" I had three "yes" items. Then, in the AC, I added all nodes, but nothing showed up. However, I just thought, no where did it ask me to sign in to my Ring account. Did I miss something? Thanks, Andrew

  10. All the wireless devices updated fine. For some reason, 2 8 button keypads are still giving the 1101 error. I've ordered 2 new ones, will see what happens. Thanks.

  12. Received my new PLM from Insteon. Followed procedures indicated and most of the switches did fine. While the 8 button wall switches appear to be online, they still have the "write" green squiggly indicator. I've tried manually writing and restoring to the device, but no luck. Any ideas would be appreicated. Thanks.

  15. Now using eisy, no issues with software, etc. However, for the last couple of weeks, my lamplinc dimmers have been intermittently unresponsive. Running 5.5.9. Scheduling, all other items, seem OK. Now my PLM is about 8-10 years old? Could it be getting weak? I've tried replacing the lamplincs with new, still have the same issue. Hopefully, new PLM will be in stock soon. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks, Andrew
