The answer is yes and yes. I rebooted and re-sync'd the status shows as disarmed in AC

I saw the thread on how to setup ELK status. in my case, instead of armed, disarmed, etc. I get a numeric value for the status. any ideas why? I'm on 5.6.4 and latest UD mobile version. I am also fully synchronized

Since this is a paid node. is this a bug that would be addressed folks? When I used the elk module on my 994, I never had any issue. it worked solid. this module is not stable. we regressed it seems

I bought the elk node after I upgraded to eisy. I configured my elk node with 2 areas and the rest of the settings. 155 nodes were discovered. My programs started to work normally. After a while, I noticed my programs stopped working. I check a PIR for instance, it shows the details in IOX but when i move in front of the PIR and I can see it detecting me, the status didn't change on IOX. I can reach my elk and ping it. any ideas how to troubleshoot the problem?
