I have forgotten how to save the java login as an icon on my desktop.

My range is excellent (without even having to use an external antenna that's included). I was hoping for an easy integration, but nothing is easy.

I've got an old 994. I just installed the Ring Mailbox sensor and found that they do NOT allow the Ring chime to link to it. The mailbox "motion" sound on the Ring app stinks. It is so quiet; you barely hear it. I'm looking for a way to link it somehow through my ISY and make an alarm of some sort sound when the mailbox is opened. I've looked through what there is on the forum re: this and didn't find any work arounds. Is it possible somehow?

You guys are miles ahead of me, slow up? What I can gather from the forum(s) that discuss this is tha I must have 5.X software first of all, is that right? I see no Polyglot tab anywhere in my ISY. Once I get my equip. where I need it, could someone then give me the MyQ For Dumb aLf book? How do I then get the MyQ to talk to me and can I write a program, or does it have to be done with a variable? I'm capable, but way behind the curve in ISY. Tim

This subject was touched on years ago, and I'm not sure if there is any new flavor on it now? I have a KPL button which shows locked/unlocked status of a Schlage lock that goes from the house to the garage. I have it programmed as to show on when the door is locked - works great. The Chamberlain overhead garage door was left open the other night and found in the AM. (Thankfully nothing was missing) . I have the MyQ installed on the door and also have the app on my phone (also works well). Is there any (easy) way to get the MyQ to talk to the Insteon/ISY network and add a status call that could be used on my KPL. i.e., IF: Schlage is locked and IQ shows closed, THEN: turn KPL button ON? Could you elaborate on this product and where I might research it and see what I need?

Have an inline linc controlling a post light (and an outlet tied into same line). At holidays, I have decorations plugged into the post/outlet. I have ISY turn the post light on at sunset, off at sunrise. If I have decorations, obviously they too run at the same time. The entire circuit is outdoors. Id like a way to have the outlet turn on at sunset, but off at 10PM. I can't simply use an outletlinc because it wouldn't be seen until the entire circuit powered on at sunset. In addition, the box is in a wet climate and wouldn't hold up. Has anyone made a waterproof exterior outlet that could plug in on the post circuit, be seen by ISY and run separately. Had I known when I built, of course I would have run a separate circuit...

I did a search tonight on Chamberlain "MyQ" and got a few hits, but not really what I was looking for. I have a fairly good setup of ISY/Insteon. I just bout the Chamberlain MyQ and it works perfect. My question is... Is there a way to have the MyQ talk to ISY and maybe make a variable or affect the outcome of a program. I'd like to see the MyQ show a positive response to ISY that both doors are closed, then tie it into a program I have that shows both main pedestrian doors (Schlage locks) are locked and then have it turn on a KPL light. I currently have the Schlage and KPL working (albeit sometimes it misses the state). Thanks.

This option requires buying a HD hub at ~ $300. I only have two blinds (as of now) and can't really justify the expense for just two. Is there any other creative way to get ISY to talk with an RF sender for a bit less. Z wave product?

I searched and can't find any answers. If this has been looked at, please point me in the right direction. Is there a way to control these blinds with my ISY/Insteon? Thanks, aLf
