I don't see it there. I do see the timer I set earlier but I don't see the Nest temp change I made (that worked) or the living room lights on command (but the insteon switch powered up and down with commands but no lights go on.) when I walk over and turn on the switch manually it works. I have that switch set as a scene that turns on 3 different lights. Tim

Good morning, I have followed the pined topic above about the ISY and the Amazon I think it should be working but when I ask "Alexa turn the living room lights ON" she "thinks" and then says "Ok"...... and nothing turns on. Any ideas? Tim

No clue.... it was about 10 months ago and we have had A LOT going on (medicaly) so all the home automaton went on hold. So if I was using the default still what is it? And if I need to do a factory reset , how? Thanks for helping me get back up and running! Tim

Hi I got frustrated and gave up a few months back now I wanting to give it another try but when I click on the ISY console link on my desk to it open but I have no idea what my authenticate user ID and pass word are any more. What can / should I do? Thanks for the help Tim

Copy, when I looked to see and the "enable internet access" from the desktop it failed. I'm guessing that is why the "notes, spoken words" doesn't work as described in Steve's video. Thanks for the help Tim

Well I tinkered and tinkered and some how it works now..... thanks. The ISY does not come up in the Connected home list but the spoken word I put in the ISY portal (NOT the spoken words in the desk top link) showed up.....

Good morning, I have run threw both the video and the online instructions several times and Im SO CLOSE, but cant get there... Here is where I am. I say "Alexa open IZZY" it responds Welcome to your home....." I say "tell Izzy to turn on the living room lights" Alexa :"No devises found....." I have linked them and given the switches voice names in the "Notes" .... where can I trouble shoot this? Thanks Tim
