I checked and have all the above. I had previously opened a ticket and exchanged comments with Michel. So far, no resolution. Also, prior to the ticket, I did all I could think of (reboot, upgrade, one-button push) with no change. From what I can see it is not on my end. My internet connection is stable, no parental filters, not using WiFi (wired Ethernet to EISY)
