I am using version 2.7.6. Recently I am having problems with programs not running. Everything has been going great for months and now all of sudden some of my programs do not run. I am able to control all switches from computer with no problems. Any ideas? Thanks

I replaced an old switch link with a new one. Then I went into ISY and selected "start linking" nothing happened. I exited the ISY and went back in and get error message "discovering nodes retry. Please help.

I have a switchLink that needs to be replaced. I would like to remove its link with a kepadLink and replace the bad switchLink with a new switchLink. Can this be done easily with the ISY and if so what are the steps. Also I am not sure if I need to remove an links it might have with the ISY. Thanks

It seems to gain time every couple of weeks. When I resync the problem is corrected.

I have an ISY 99i that is working great, however it seems to gain time. It is about 1 minute fast. I have it synchronizing with NTP server every 24 hours. When I choose "sync now" the time is corrected. Any thoughts?

I thought that maybe a TV or computer was causing the problem, so I unpluged them. However, there was no change in the communications. The Piggy back seems to be the answer.

Thanks Rand. I was using an ICON PLC for about 2 years. Everything was working great. Around the end of the year everything went south. (I have no idea why) About a month ago I upgraded to an ISY 99i Pro and have been chasing communication problems. I now piggy back the PLM with the AP, and my communications seem to be at 100%. Thanks again

Does anybody know if there is a downside to plugging in an access point into the PLM of an ISY?
