  1. Also to assist others having similar issues, when the voice command is directed to connected home (i.e., "I could not find the device in {user} profile") it does not show up in the Echo voice command URL. The skill commands do.
  2. Thank Benoit. When I clearly annunciate "to" Alexa does respond correctly with device command.
  3. In my experience, when I use the verbal command "Open Izzy", then follow with "Turn on dining room" or "Turn off dining room", then the device works as expected. Only issue with this approach is having to go through the full UDI Alexa spiel each time. However, when I issue verbal command "Tell Izzy to turn on dining room", then I get the response, that the device is not in my profile. I currently only have the master account in ISY portal, investigating if I need to setup a separate user account.
  4. After working well for over a year, my climate module started reporting evapotranspiration of less than 0.01 inch/day for the last couple of months. I have returned to time based irrigation so the lawn doesn't die. I've changed between the two calc methods with no discernible improvement. I just switched the WeatherBug station, will see if that helps.
  5. Freudian slip - "Using the WeatherBug Irritation Module"?
  6. Recently upgraded to 2.7.9 from 2.7.4, and am planning on purhasing the Weatherbug module. When I select the link through the admin console it returns: Purchasing Modules requires firmware 2.7.7 (and above)! Cleared the Java cache multiple times with no change. Regards, Z
  7. Is there a way to have a program execute every other day (or every third day)? I have an EZRain and it is currently programmed based on select days each week (M/W/F). Would prefer to water every third day, etc. FYI - I do not have a PLC so ISY is my primary means of control. Thanks in advance. Z

    ISY setup issue

New user on board! Received a new ISY-99i PRO today (Smarthome purchase) and am having some issues with basic setup. My hardware/software config: Computer: Windows Vista 32 OS, Java build 1.6.0_13-b03, Network discovery enabled, IE7 browser. Router: DLINK 655 with DHCP and UPNP enabled. ISY box: steady green lights on PWR, RX, TX and blinking red on ERR (1 per sec). ISY Admin Console will load via IE7 but no IP address is assigned. ISY/My Lights does not appear under Network tab. The Vista Wiki setup language regarding "networked UPnP devices" in the network nav pane is not listed. Already cycled power a few times with no effect. Thanks in advance for your help. Z
