I have to say, that in all my years of dealing with customer support representatives, Universal Devices has them all beat, by miles! After having a problem with my ISY99, I worked with a customer support tech who wouldn't rest until my problem was solved. The troubleshooting spanned across two evenings because the problem itself caused other problems with my computer hanging, making troubleshooting difficult. Well, it's working, and I am a customer who can say, that UDI stands along side their product, not behind it hiding. Everyone I know looking to automate their home home will hear this story.
