My text notifications stopped working. I use email to SMS with t-mobile address. @TMOMail.net. Is this no longer working? I tried to send a regular email to the address and didn’t get a text. Any solutions?

Thank you! I was doing that but I kept on selecting to LAN Console. Once I selected the Cloud Console or the dashboard thats when the Firmware and UI matched and able to run my programs

So when I do what you said and I open the Console (Lan) they don't match. but if I open the Console (cloud) it matches and I tested a program and it seems to work

My firmware is 5.3.0 but my UI is 4.5.4. How do I upgrade my UI

I recently updated my firmware from 4.7.5 to 5.3.0 and now all my programs are yellow and showing out of memory. I tried to delete and make new ones but the out of memory still shows. I'm not sure what to try next. I wanted to try to upgrade to 5.3.4 but I downloaded the firmware and when I tried to manual install it I don't know what file to use (I'm on a Mac Computer). What should I try?

@MrBill I’m having trouble upgrading. I’m on a Mac. I downloaded the Firmware and when I manually load it, it doesn’t allow me to select the whole zip file like the instructions says. I also don’t have the option to automatically upgrade only manually upgrade.

I haven't messed around with my isy994i in a while. My text messages notifications stop for a while. In that time period I upgraded my wifi to the eero pro system. not sure if this has to do with it. When I click on one of the contacts and click test it says Mail server failure, unsupported authentication method. Right now i have the default click for the SMTP setting. Not sure where to go from here. Also I have nothing under my networking tab, which i'm not sure if there should be something there. Any help would be great. Thanks

I have the garage door insteon relay and have it hooked up to my ISY. Right now I have to say " Alexa turn on the garage door" Is there anyway I can change it so I can say "Alexa open the garage door" TIA
