OK - so I was just able to update to 5.8.4, let's see if it holds!

Hi! Ever since upgrading to 5.8.3, I've been stuck in a loop where it constantly shows System Busy, goes to 100%, closes that alert, then starts again. Additionally, previous programs no longer work, nor do the Z-Wave devices. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I've tried updating and am encountering issues. I cannot locate the ISY via launcher nor the web based, however, I do see it shown on my Network. I used the command "sudo tail -f /var/udx/logs/log" and receive the following: I also tried shutting it down, removing power, then powering back up and nothing has changed. I then tried hitting the multi function button twice to force a restart, nothing. The far left LED on front panel is the only lit. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello all! I'm not sure if it's on the development list or not, but it would be great to see UD Mobile expand to the Apple Watch. I had this functionality previously with MobiLinc Orchestra, I don't recall if it was on MobiLinc X. Thanks!

Another update: Most of it is working now, but there are still a couple scenes and switches acting funky.

Alrighty, todays update is as follows: I've rebooted the Polisy again per @MrBill's suggestion. The PLM is now connected! Stuff seems to be turning on w/ UD Mobile, but not turning off, HOWEVER, when I'm in the Admin Console, there seems to be some updates happening. I've tried restoring the PLM, but that does not seem to help. When trying to activate scenes, nothing happens. When trying to active the device itself, it says it cannot communicate. I've rebooted the ISY again without luck. I have not had a chance to check for threads for these "new" issues as I'm sure it's covered somewhere. But at least the PLM is connected! LOL

I've rebooted the Polisy a few times, but will certainly give that a shot another time or two. @JaviI did not get to swap the cable yet, wife left on a work trip and kids have kept me occupied! Hopefully I can check in a little if the Polisy reboot doesn't work

I have not mainly because it was working fine until I decided to move everything back to basement. I'll give that a shot.

I can connect to the Admin Console. I've also confirmed that Insteon support is checked.

Damn - it's saying PLM isn't connected, what gives? I've double checked everything, unplugged, plugged in, etc

UPDATE, it is now showing Online, however, the ISY cannot connected to devices now. I'll go and double check the PLM connection again.

Hi all, I decided to move my Polisy downstairs to my rack where I used to have the ISY994. Before I moved it, I shutdown Polisy. I proceeded to the basement, hooked everything up, but nothing seems to be working correctly. I am able to log into the Admin Console, although nothing is working. It also shows Offline from Portal Integration - UDI. The PLM is lit, the Polisy's LED on left is lit, everything looks alright. I've checked my network and it shows the ethernet connection to the Polisy is working. What am I missing? Thanks!

@JaviI've got the new Mac. I installed UD Mobile, logged in, and went to restore from backup. Upon restart of the app, I've been unable to open the app since.

@Javithat is great information. I do upload and edit raw photos, which makes the upgrades appealing, albeit, I've been lazy and avoiding shooting with my rig and just accepting iPhone shots, lol. So, there's the pickle!

@JaviI was looking last night, I can get the MBP M1 Max today at a couple of the local Apple Stores. I'm trying to decide whether I really NEED the M1 Max or if the M1 Pro would suffice, basically $3499 vs $2699. I like the jump to 32GB ram and the graphics upgrade sounds great as well. BUT, I'm trying to justify as I wasn't planning on upgrading yet, but my 2016 MBP w/ Touch Bar's screen stopped working, I believe due to FlexGate, and a new screen is not worth it.

Yeah, I almost pulled the trigger, but didn’t want to wait for shipping as it would likely have been a week or so. But I did save $10, LOL

OK, so I am now up and running! With that said, I did order the connector as well as a $7 serial to ethernet cable. The adapter just looked clunky to me, so I thought the cable would be more aesthetically appeasing. lol I attempted to cut off the existing and tried remapping, but was unsuccessful. So, for now, the connector is being utilized.

Hey @Javi, I need to get a new MBP, so I'll help with testing as well. Care to help toward the cause of procuring the new one? LOL Usually, Apple has special pricing for first responders, usually mirroring the Education discount, however, it's not currently showing.

Hey Mr. Bill, I actually opened one this morning. Michel thinks it had to do with the BIOS and is sending a chip to add to the board. Hopefully that get's me up and running. Now I need to either order a serial-PLM cable as my PLM never actually came with (I checked the box), or I can take the chance and get the connector posted in another thread for ~$4. Decisions decisions.
