So I still can not find the irrigation module.....

Where would the irrigation module appear? I purchased it but I can't seem to find it after updating modules? Thanks, Dan

So, after what seems to be a sucesaful upgrade I can not conect to the unit via java console, I can get to it via telnet. If I use the web download client I get an error which says something like socket open failed javax.net.ssl....... The best error seems to be the lights on the isy which occasionaly the red error like come on,, then a bit latter the green memory light and then both of them. Seems my isy is sick what is the best course of action? Thanks, Dan

It does fix those status's such as the ezflora which does not report status properly.

So the "manual" defines the query command as (Query - triggers the ISY to check an "ISY node" for status) I;m thinking that should be more like "insteon point" but my main question is what's the use of the command other than to correct status which may be whacked out? I know it forces the status to be written to the log which is interesting for troubleshooting but what else? Is there some secret purpose to the command? Cheers, Dan

I also have had these problems, eventually I was able to get it to go, only with wired machine one foot in air and hands out front Same for me, I have tried two different Macs, both running Snow Leopard, both error out saying "Invalid Length", even though the .zip extracts fine on the host. Great work but I would also caution any automatic actions by a garage door. Even with the sensor beam. I know closing or opening the door with my car's hatch up can result in really bad things happening. I also had a box get caught up on a side shelf that had it gone unnoticed it would have caused significant damage. Still great work on the concept Cheers, Dan

ok the label on the RL say 1.1 on the same label as the address, look new also because its a sticker on top of the existing label. This is again a new RL I just received.

Not sure what you mean by firmware revision isy reports it..??. it says v.00 when the RL is selected but so does my old RL. The RL does program in that special mode you mention which leads me to believe that once the isy knows the device is an i2 the isy is able to program the RL fine. Cheers, Dan

Looks like you are correct the new RL which this one is seems to do fine in that device reported mode, which seems to be i2. Using that option the link works fine. no problem with the slow reply I had pretty much decided this was a bit more than I wanted to tackle at the mommet... I believe mine is in the programing mode??? by the holding of bright and dim and then getting the blinking light? Seems the ISY is not able to resolve the name. I'd verify the DHCP settings its getting. I set mine for static address I don't think having it move about is a good idea? Cheers, Dan

I also get the error trying to install a second remotlinc.... I only have about 50 devices.
