I had no previous issues that prompted my upgrade, just hygiene. Everything was working fine . I can give the downgrade a try. Hope Santa comes through with my new EISY.... I Appreciate the responses. Rob

Thx for the response. Unfortunaly, I read the 300 series support notice after I upgraded to 5.3.4. (Doh). I confirmed I do have the 300 series (blue indicator light on the rear of the chassis). I will verify previous load tonight. Is the 500 series board upgrade still available, and is that a suggested path until I get to EISY? Or are you suggesting downgrade path may be the better option? Appreciate the response.

Hello - After upgrading to version 5.3.4, my Z-Wave devices stopped responding to programs. The Z-Wave menu in the Admin Console shows "Z-Wave dongle not responding" (see attachment). I've tried resetting the ISY multiple times which has not fixed the issue. Is there a way to recover/reset the dongle? I've asked for EISY for Christmas ; I'm hoping to recover my Z-wave coms long enough to hold me over until then... thanks for any help. -Rob ISY994i/IR PRO Firmware version 5.3.4 Zwave Version -21100
