I found this old post when I was experiencing the same errors in the event log. In my case, it turned out that I had external services (HomeBridge and a custom script that I wrote) that I migrated from my old house (and old ISY that had an Elk) that had 'elkEnabled' set to true in their config, so they kept querying /rest/elk/get/topology, which causes this error if Elk is not enabled on the ISY. Turning this off solved the issue for me.
  2. So I went against doctor's advice and unlinked/relinked last night. The big difference this time is that I went from 4.x to 5.0.11. So far, 12 hours in, links are still working. POSSIBLE CLUE for UDI that wouldn't show up in the logs, I had an echo in the basement that keeps dropping off the network. It was included in a smart home group... Maybe this is Amazon's bug, related to one device in a group going offline?
  3. Upgrading to 5.0.11 has fixed the issue. Huzzah!
  4. Same problem for me. I deleted, reset the skill, all was good. 2 hours later, same result, nothing responding. My system is set up with a bunch of groups, with one echo per group to allow "lights on" commands. Maybe I'll try resetting again and not adding the echos to the groups? Any other troubleshooting ideas? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  5. Is there a workaround you're referring to?
  6. I'm having the same issue with my Yale lock in 4.6.2. Everything works except for unlock command. Didn't find this thread until I'd already ordered a replacement lock and had the same thing happen. Is this fix getting backported?
