Ok thanks, mine says 4.55.00 so I guess I need to upgrade the chip.

Other than taking the back off, is there an easy way to determine what z-wave chip we have installed?

I have a newer schlage BE469ZP and V 5.016 on my ISY. Mine is working fine with the options and the ability to change the code length etc. Sounds like it could be an issue or something they changed with 5.20.0 ?

I'm on Windows 10 and my java updated a few days ago and I had the same issue. I went into the java console and deleted all files including apps & applets, then went to the Universal-devices home page and re-installed the admin console.

I use Alexa to turn state variables on or off. I then have programs that run based on those variable being turned on/off etc. It works fine.

I had the same problem and was able to resolve it by disabling the skill in the Alexa App and then re-enabling it and doing a discover.
