Weater Bug Data - P, T, H, L Rate?

Weather Bug supplies the following data that I'm unfamiliar with and they're all expressed as unit/h. I'm guessing it's the rate of change per hour but don't know. Also, curious if anyone is using the data?

 

Temperature Rate = (x)F/h

Humidity Rate = (x)%/h

Pressure Rate = (x)inches/h

Light Rate = (x)%/h
