Intermittent Connection Issues

My setup is fairly simple so far, I have a house built in 1996 that only used 14-2 NM lines for the lights/switches. So I've been forced to use the 2 wire version of the dimmers. I have about 5 of them wired up right now and another 3 in the box. All of this is controlled via a PLM and an ISY944i

If they're address starts with a 21. They connect pretty easily and work as they should. If they're address starts with 1F they have a hard time connecting. I have one 21. addressed 2474 in a 2 gang box on the same line as a 1F and the 1F intermittently disconnects and I currently can't get it to reconnect to the "network". If I change it out with a 21. addressed dimmer it connects and works flawlessly. So far everything is pretty much on the same phase line.

I find this pretty weird, If I can get them to connect they work flawlessly... but as soon as I reboot the PLM (I think, usually they both reboot at the same time) then randomly one won't connect and I can't get it to work again.

I also have a Garage Door Relay setup and that barely works as well. I'm not sure if it's my PLM or what, but I don't think it's an line interference issue, especially since the dimmers are radio only.

Do you have any Access Points for phase coupling or are you counting on the Dual Band modules you have?

Have you used the built in communications tests in the Dual Band modules to verify phase coupling and communications range?

Is the PLM on the same circuit as the computing equipment or on a surge strip? Both can cause power line signal problems if not on a filter.

Thanks for your reply Brian! I do not have any phase couplers, in fact I didn't even know I needed them, my understanding was since they were wireless they would just repeat through RF. I can definitely buy one to see if it fixes the issue if you still think it's possibly the cause.

To give you an idea of the situation. The intermittent dimmer is in the exact same Gang Box as the one on the 21 addressed (100% working) dimmer. So in my head I thought if it was an issue with interference or something it would effect both of them. They're also on the same circuit as the PLM about 10 feet away from the PLM module. The PLM is also directly on the line but I was eventually wanting to plug it into a power strip for protection.

Also these 1F addressed dimmers for some reason are usually pretty commonly an issue. I don't know if it's a PLM issue or just a coincidence or what. I have probably 3 dimmers in a box with the 1F address that I can't count on that are brand new.
