Hi,

 

 

I just added a couple of new KeypadLincs to the network.

Now all but one of my Keypadlincs don't show the keypad buttons only the main device.

No -B or -C etc.

 

I have done the discover Link and Added the units via MAC ID and the ISY finds and identifies the devices but still no BUttons. One old Keypad link still has all of its buttons but I had separated them so they were not a subpart of the main device...

Click the Primary node. What is displayed on the right side for the device type and firmware level?

 

What ISY firmware is being used? Click Help | About, what is displayed for Firmware and UI?

I had the same issue with new dual band KPL. I updated the ISY firmware then deleted and re linked the KPLs, now all buttons appeared.
